  The website said that the branch is open 9-12 on Saturdays. I got there at 11 and they were closed.

  I am a regular customer at this bank. Most the staff is usually friendly. However there have been a few times lately when I've waited in line for an extended period of time. Today i waited 15 minutes behind 1 person the entire time. So I left, and decided it was worth the 2 day hold on my check with my bank. Nice thing is that I always get quick, efficient, and excellent service at my bank. Dont go to B of A if you want that type of service, you probably won't get it. Update, I decided to give this Branch another chance and they were complete jerks. Don't go here.

  Discrimination at its finest. I couldn’t find any other hats that morning so I wore one that had a mini Uzi ( gun) on the front. My account was closing due to risk closure. There was a woman there who kept going to whisper about me with another gentleman. I was about to receive all of my funds until she came running and said to only give me the amount for the stimulus check. I had to leave my place in line just to call risk closure and risk closure talked to their manager and said I was supposed to have emptied the account so proceed with the closing of my account. So then I had to wait in line again and was asked 21 questions as to why my account was being closed. I felt discriminated against and criminalized! ALL TO RECEIVE MY FULL AMOUNT ANYWAYS! Never will I come back to this location the people here treated me like a criminal and I was awful, I am 4 months pregnant.

  I had very bad service, my appointment was 3:30pm. However, we kept waiting me and my wife till 3:45pm and who was supposed to take care of me and my wife did not bather to apologize for the delay. So, we left and we rather to deal with Acton branch, since Raj is way helpful and respectful for time.

  Trying o close husbands estate. FAXED INFORMATION TO THE ESTATE DEPARTMENT AND THEY LOST IT. Have been waiting for month and half. Spoke to supervisor in estate and she was very rude and condensing. Should not have to resend INFORMATION because some person in estate DEPARTMENT LOST or misplaced documents. Cannot wait to leave this bank.

  The manager Joan was incredibly helpful to us she took the time and showed genuine compassion to us. I watched her great a gentleman by name shake his hand you don’t see customer service like that these days. Wonderful lady would definitely come back!

  Stupid and over smart people .. I went to inquire about an account. They made me wait for at least 20-25 mins and ended up sending me to mortgage officer !! I was like I don't need ur damn mortgage. Indian lady manager is so weirdo. Every time some came to help us she ended up interrupting them and made sure we go to mortgage guy...I was beyond pissed off. Don't ever go there !!

  I have been a member of Bank of America for many years. Today this branch refused to notarize State-issued forms for me because the forms are connected to the Massachusetts medical marijuana program. There is nothing illegal about these forms at either the state or federal level. I find this completely unprofessional, and I will be closing my account at Bank of America because of it.

  Went to make a wire transfer and they told me it'll take 45 minutes and there were hardly any customers at the time...then I understood why...the lone clerk there was with a customer discussing vacation times in Florida for 30+ minutes...finally another clerk appeared and helped me out...this place needs to improve I'd say!

  Terrible customer service. Every time I’ve ever been here with an issue, they aggressively redirect me to take care of it over the phone. Useless. No wonder the phone wait time is continuously a half hour. Very patronizing “holier than thou” “we can’t help” attitudes.
