  We became customers of Westford Insurance in the 90's and although we have long since moved out of Westford, we would never consider going anywhere else for our insurance needs. We have had the good fortune of working with Tracy Haley for years and she has proven to be beyond topnotch in her profession. She is extremely competent, knows the insurance field inside and out, and is constantly on top of issues. She answers phone calls/emails immediately and delivers the best, most reliable service anywhere. We have the option of getting a military discount with a nationwide company and we wouldn't even consider it---saving a couple dollars to have to call an 800 number to press an infinite amount of numbers only to speak to a robot is worthless. Each time we call Westford Insurance we receive personal, professional service. Everyone whom we have recommended to this agency is equally satisfied; we wouldn't go anywhere else.

  Top Shelf! In less than 12 hours I had multiple quotes and a thorough analysis of issues with my existing policy. So glad I checked in. My previous agency lost a carrier relationship and opened new policies with no input from me. Tracy not on found me better insurance products she canceled the policies I did not need. My only regret is I did not make the change earlier!

  We have been working with Westford Insurance for 30+ years when a small business was started. We now have both business and personal (homeowner's, car, etc.) insurances through Westford Insurance. Tracy, Eric and the team at Westford Insurance are easy to work with, professional, helpful and responsive to whatever we need. It is always a pleasure.

  I've been a customer of Westford Insurance for over 20 years. Whenever I have a question I know I can get a quick answer from Tracy, Eric, or Brittney. In addition to my home and auto, they were able to get me insurance for a vacation home in Maine. Having one agency for all of my insurance needs is extremely convenient.

  We switched over to Mapfre Insurance about a year ago and since that time we have enjoyed our relationship with the Westford Insurance Agency. Our interactions with them have been friendly and professional. We recently purchased a used car and the process of switching over our insurance was seamless and timely. We have been well served!

  Westford Insurance demonstrates the value of independent insurance agencies. They go above and beyond to help consider all the options and take care of all the paperwork, including running transactions through the RMV. I've had friends try to deal with other "direct" insurance carriers (who have forgotten what good service looks like) and they can't believe the service I get. Thanks to all, but especially Brittney!
