  I have worked with Ray on three separate loans, including a recent refinance. Ray is professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward. Not to mention just a good human who treats people with respect and always looks out for his clients. The closing gifts were a nice touch. I highly recommend working with Raymond and his team.
