  Highly recommend Taylor Carlson as a loan consultant. He's responsive, organized, and professional and will make your transaction a smooth one. As first time homebuyers, it can feel overwhelming at first. But Taylor worked to coach us at every step along the way so we never felt like things were a black box or out of control.   We worked with Kamie to refinance our house loan. We were able to do our current and second home. Kamie was able to process the loans on both homes at the same time AND over the holidays. She was efficient and was able to get all of our paperwork completed quickly and at a great rate! I would recommend her to anyone who is thinking about refinancing or buying a new home.

  Kamie Randall is the most effective, efficient lender we have ever had the pleasure of working with. I am a contractor, and my husband owns his own business. Kamie was recommended by a realtor friend, who insisted that if she says she will pre-approve, she will close the deal. She personally called our real estate agent, and the listing agent, to assure them all was well on our end. She is a hard worker, a go getter, and I cannot recommend any other lenders in the Denver metro area. Kamie will always be our lender, going forward.

We had friends who had recently worked with Taylor and we gave him a call and had us approved and underwriter within a few days.
