  Amazing owners, team, and partners. Colorado Lending Team helped cut our mortgage by 1.7% in interest, saving us thousands of dollars! We consolidated our HELOC, have a shorter term mortgage, and our monthly payments are also lower. AMAZING!! While we previously had our mortgage through an amazing bank that we love, our bank and other lending firms just can not compete with the level of service and communication offered by Colorado Lending Team!!

  I would highly recommend Scott Baade and Carrie Bakunas of Colorado Lending Team for all of your mortgage needs. They are good people and skilled professionals who helped us find a terrific mortgage refinance option while taking the time to answer our questions and educate us about the process. We ended up with a lower interest rate, reduction in payments and access to our equity. I plan to recommend them to our friends who may need a mortgage or want to explore refinance options.

  We refinanced our home and had reached out to Several lenders to shop around. Colorado Lending Team was not only the first mortgage company that got back to us, they had a very detailed plan which the other lenders did not. The one thing that I liked about them is they gave us options and didn’t just say this is what your mortgage rate is, this is what your payment will be; it was very detailed and helped our situation immensely! They were prompt and efficient and I have already referred them to a family member.

  As a realtor I think I hit the jackpot when I paired with this lender. They're available weekends and nights which is when I work. They make transactions flawless and they get aggressive on the back end if people aren't holding up to their end of the bargain getting their client taking care of. Highly recommend trying them once, you will then be hooked. Thank you Colorado lending team another successful year for me.

  Scott and Carrie were great to deal with and were as persistent and accommodating as any team I've worked with in the past. They helped me work with my primary and secondary lenders to reduce the rate and term of my existing loan, which was not easy in this COVID environment. It was a pleasure working with them and I would do so again.
