      My service at Randall Reed was disturbing and unprofessional. My tires was rotated and the bolts were not tightened and found out as i was down the road, The Rep told me i needed a Coolant Change when i just had one 9 months ago at the same dealer and just less than 4 months ago my brakes went from Great condition to Great risk. As a customer i felt this was just someone trying to get money so i will be going to Rockwall Ford for my service after many years of service of Randall Reed in Garland.

      Even though my car is pretty much a lemon and I've been to their service department 11 times in 2 years they are all still very nice. Edit* I forgot to mention I didn't purchase my car at this dealership, I got it from CarMax but even though my car has had problem after problem this Ford Dealership has been great at helping me out and sticking to the warranty agreement and even give me a free loaner car every time I have to take mine back in which is part of my extended warranty and they always give me a really nice vehicle petty much right off the lot to drive. Actually wish I would have purchased from them instead and maybe wouldn't have ended up with a car thats in the shop every 8 to 10 weeks....

      My 70 year old father went here on Friday the 15th of November and purchased a truck. It was a 2019 extended cab XLT. The truck was not on the lot but the sales guy guaranteed the truck would be there Saturday the 16th. I was having my son's birthday party on Saturday and he missed it waiting on the sales guy to call and tell him the truck is in. Fast forward to Wednesday the 20th they finally call and tell him the truck is in he can come get it. He also mentioned to the sales guy he didn't want a drop in bed liner he wanted a spray in liner the sales guy told him no problem I got you covered. When he went to pick up the truck there was no bed liner at all in it. My dad is not good at confrontation and won't tell me the sales guy name so I can't call and confront him. I just hate that my dad got screwed

      Horrible service. They did not fix my problem the first visit. They charged me a second time for the same problem and charged more than they quoted me for the second service. Took almost two weeks for a manager to call me back and i called almost everyday. I still have the same problem. An employee even called me and said he thought it was weird a manager would not call me back to inspect my vehicle to see why there is still a problem, he wanted to just let me know he had received my messages and would try to get a manager to call me back. Chad and Bill were the "managers" that were of no help. Dealerships are supposed to be the ones that are expensive but for a reason - guaranteed results and service. I paid a lot twice for no resolution and horrible service. I recommend going somewhere else or help.

      I purchased my last two vehicles from them. I always service my vehicles with them as well. They have a very nice waiting area and give you a ticket to get a free beverage while you are waiting.They are Pro-Military and support the active-duty, retirees and veterans. As a Veteran, that is very important to me. My next vehicle will be from them as well! I am always 100% happy with my dealings with Randall Reed's Prestige Ford! I am a Ford Gal, thru and thru!

      We have purchased two vehicles here and do all of our service and maintenance here. We are always happy and well taken care of. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants reasonable prices and over the top service.

      Before we started the day, my wife and I narrowed our auto search to three different auto manufacturers. Prestige Ford was first on our visit list. Initially, Greg Lusk met us in the parking lot. He greeted us with a cordial welcome. Within minutes of talking with Greg in the hospitality area, he provided us with answers to all our auto shopping questions. We feel like Greg Lusk "is family". Not only is he our salesperson, but he will be our "24/7-go-to- person" when or if we have any needs or concerns involving our new Ford Fusion!       Called service to get a recall done on my fusion they almost sounded annoyed I understand that they don't make money on a recall, but customer service is first they told me just drop your car off for a couple of days I asked about a date i could just schedule but they simply said drop it off so i'm expected to just leave my wife's car whom, may I add is pregnant and needs to have her car in case of an emergency in hopes of it getting fixed no thank you, I called North Central Ford in Richardson they greeted me with a much better demeanor and friendliness. will definetly be driving an extra 10 minutes for future better service.
