sherita71 R1Awful customer service!!!! There were 7 people in line in the lobby with only one person taking care of them. There were 6 staff members but no one opened another window to assist. This is awful and a great way to deter customers.

Sandra Smith1So, DART ticket machine at the train station ate my $5, so they mailed me a check for the $5. They use Bank of America. So, I went to this location trying to cash the check.... they wanted to charge me $8 to cash a $5 check since I do not have an account with them!! Yes, you read that right $8 to cash a $5 check!! Where and how does that even begin to be logical!?!? Come on BOA it wouldnt hurt your pocket to waive a $8 fee! Obviously I need the $5 or I wouldnt be here throwing a fit! Heartless! Its your own check! Solution was to open an account, I would NEVER bank with a bank who would do this! Since I am currently unemployed, opening an account would hurt more than help! It would not be beneficial for me or for BOA! But they dont care! I am out of gas living in my car in the cold with a useless$5 check! But as long as they are nice comfy and warm over $8 Disgusted!

Andy P (Cool traveller)1Been a banking customer forever they talk about this business advantage, but waiting in a line to do a deposit that should take me less than 10min takes me 1-2 hours. This puts me at a huge disadvantage with my time. Bank of America get your act straight and stop wasting my time and hire more tellers and people to help out

Mama Luv5I don't understand why the ratings are so low for this BofA?? All I know is my experience there was nothing but amazing! I went there for notary service and Diego Ramirez was so helpful, kind, and professional. He went above and beyond to help me and make sure everything was done accurately! Marvin Washington1Bank of America won't even cash their own checks . Which is absurd. As a customer I felt like they wanted to just rush me up out of there. They didn't take my business serious at all

ANNEL EGUSQUIZA1Very bad costumer service this morning i spend there twenty minutes wthout attention!!!!!! looooooong line just one cashier attending I saw more of the crew members like 3 o 4 just talking around it was so desperate why if the are seeing a long line don't jump to help the poor girl at the front desk??????? and this is not the first time last time i spend like one hour waiting to be attended because I committed the fault going on lunch time!!!!! I'm plenty don't recommend this location and like the other customer said I would give them cero stars if I could

Sir Bentley1Went to this branch which is closest to me to do one thing. Exchanged some rolled coin for currency. Actual transaction once I got to only 1 of 2 windows now available at this branch (used to have 6 windows), took less than 2 minutes. BUT, took me 47 minutes standing inside the lobby to get to this window. There was all of 14 customers in front of me. Do the math. And noticed as I was leaving, that there were at least 21 in line behind me and more coming in. After I left, went next door to a Taco Bell to get an order for Dinner to take home. Was in and out in under 4 minutes. 5 stars to Taco Bell for service, and zero stars to this branch of BOA. FYI: Have been a BOA customer for more than 25 years. Note: At one time, this branch was super good with service and fast. Now, it's corporate greed in the form of cutting staff which leads to poor customer service.

Chelsea Short1If i could give this location zero stars i would. The rest of the reviews speaking on wait times are unfortunately not an exaggeration. I was there for almost an hour in line. One teller. When i finally got to the teller her computer crashed. Oh i wonder why, maybe get more tellers so one computer isint being overused. Terrible.

They will steal your money and come up with excuses as to why you can't receive your own money and tell you that they will just have your check bounced so they don't have to give you what's yours. They should be brought up to whatever business laws banks and have this place shut down.
