  This place is amazing and was really there for me in my time of need for a quick loan. Raina was such a great help, she communicated everything with my by phone and got me approved quickly and just had to go in a sign the contract and walk out with what I was looking for. She was awesome! When I went into the office the entire staff was so friendly. Maria the branch manager was very professional as well as the rest of the staff. I just wanna thank them for helping me out when needed and if you ever need a quick loan I recommend this office for your time of need! Thanks again you guys!

  Had a very great experience with agent Beatriz. She has great customer service and was very efficient with processing my loan documents for approval. Office staff as a whole is very customer oriented. I recommend this location for your short term financial needs. In addition, Chris was wonderful with assisting with pulling my credit profile. I experienced some difficulties wit Equdax CB and Chris was able to figure the problem out right away and assist with getting my application approved. Great office staff!!!

  great customer service. they all greet you When u walk in. Karla really helps you and tired to make the process easy and fast. Regional help me when no one else. and for those that say regional is dishonest.. maybe you owe them money. but if u pay there is no problem you can actually tell your balance coming down. keep up the great work ladies.

  Great customer services always there to answer any concerns. Especially with Karla. She is always sweet and professional. She answers any question and has the patience to explain until you are satisfied. Would highly recommend this location.

  Enjoyed being greeted by all of the ladies, they were very welcoming! Randi helped me throughout the whole process and was very informative! Would highly recommend to stop by if you are even in need of a loan! Keep up the great work ladies!

  The people that are giving this establishment 5 stars have probably never been late on a payment. And that’s great! That means they are pretty well off and don’t need financial help anymore. But if there ever comes a time when you are late in making a payment by 24 hours they will add you to their list and those “professional and kind” ladies will become your worst nightmare every day. Two to three calls per day telling you to make a payment or be taken to court. They don’t care if you have made every single payment before on time. The moment you missed one payment they will hunt you down by calling every phone number and reference you listed on your application. So if you need financial help but you don’t have a reliable income or you don’t have an emergency fund don’t ask a loan from these people. Ever since Maria took over, this place has been like making a deal with the devil and for what? For a month of financial relief? Totally not worth it. Save your peace of mind and go to another place.
