Spacy Cool4I was there last Saturday.. it was busy but they worked quickly the lanes down. the Teller was friendly and polite.. I was working as a lead Teller with another financial institution, for many years, I know how it is!!! I know how customers are and I know how the staff can be . No, customers. are not always right!! But we try to please them to go above and beyond, just for good ratings, reviews and of course for business. Working in customer service is a daily challenge. And 4 Stars rating is just because the interest rate on savings account sucks 😞,but this is Headquarters decision..

Ashley McKnight1I wish I could've given 0 starts. I hate this bank and wish I had never even bothered. There is always an issue but never a plausible solution. The customer service reps are HORRIBLE and a complete waste of time. My rep completely lied to me telling me she could help taking all my information and even putting me on hold twice to talk to "another rep". She then comes back and tells me that the other rep wants to finalize some details then cold transfers me to someone who is completely ignorant of my situation. So apparently if this institution takes a payment twice its your fault and your problem. Oh another fun fact is that even if the payment they took was from one account to another account within that same financial institution, the payment can not be reversed or credited back immediately you have to wait 10 days for them to put it back or 15 for them to mail a check. So now I'm out money because of thier issue. They don't empathize they are rude and you can tell to them you are just another number. I would not recommend. I will be closing all my accounts as soon as I find a better bank. Any suggestions?

Cecil mcgee5I have to say I love Capital One so much I've had accounts with them for over 10 years. Some good some bad. But in the end of the day they're really amazing and they are willing to help out you have to call the customer service number and you have to find the right person and they will help you out. I've had covid and I got a late charger $45 and amazingly they reversed it for me and I'm absolutely gods send appreciated.

BComing9 Her1Went To this location with quarters they would not except the quarters was trying to make me roll them up and they are the bank that’s what they get paid to do the Hispanic teller and white manager needs to replaced they are prejudiced

Jayanni Hernandez1I will never go here again. Horrible service in drive thru. I went on Saturday and got there 30 seconds before the clock turned to 1pm, sat behind another customer for about 3-4 minutes and the teller, Isa F, would not help me. I practically begged her to please let me deposit money and explained how I got there right before 1pm and she said NO. She was extremely rude, refused to help me. I will never go there again. I drove over there because its closer to my house but I'd rather use the one off of Garland rd and Naaman School rd before using that one. She is horrible in customer service.

Bruce Turner1Very unhappy with the Capital One branch in Garland on Northwest Highway. I went to make a deposit on this past Friday and noticed that the lobby was closed. There was a line around the bank for the drive through and as I did not have time to wait I decided to try again on Monday. Well, on Monday I tried again. The lobby remains closed and again a line of cars wrapped around the bank. As I needed to make the deposit I decided to wait in line this time. I was in line for almost an hour. When I got to the window there was only one person working the drive through lanes. I fussed at the young lady for the unreasonable amount of time I had to wait. She seemed quite unconcerned. I am strongly considering moving my account to another bank as this type of poor attention to customer service has been more and more a common occurence. Edit: I just went through and read the few responses to other reviews from the management of the branch. There is a recurring message that - paraphrased here - says "We're sorry to hear this. We will put this in front of the right eyes." Quite patronizing and apparently ineffectual. The reviews for this branch seem to be getting worse as time goes on. I can see why.

Drew P1This bank is trash! ATMs are constantly broke, and kept my card last time I tried to deposit a check! Customer service was absolutely no help and only wanted to cancel my card and send a new one!

Andrew Kubosumi5I have nothing but good things to say regarding this branch and the individuals working it. Times are strange and difficult for us all at the moment with this Coronavirus pandemic. I think most, if not all, customer service related businesses should be given some slack given the circumstances. My particular respect and thanks to this location are directed specifically to Brian and Kevin. These two individuals have gone above and beyond what is commonly considered good customer service on more than one occasion. Whether it be personal or business bank related matters, I have experienced nothing but excellent service at this Capital One branch. I will continue to frequent this location for my banking needs.
