  Excellent customer service!! Sylvia is amazing! She really goes out of her way to help customers, and she is so positive and willing to answer any questions you may have. Great place! Definately ask for Sylvia!!!

  I cant say enough good things about Quick Loans! Great customer service, comfortable with the pay back amount, exciting that they inform the credit bureaus which helps me since I am trying to get that score higher. Only negative is that they are closed on a Saturday, but give em some time. They’ll get to that point. You need a loan? Go see them first, get approval for a loan, pay on time, and you’ll be pleasantly satisfied too!

Also, all of our offices throughout Texas should be open on Saturdays from 8:30am - 1:00pm. If this is not the case for our Round Rock location please let us know, and we will fix the issue issue immediately.

  I realize that my loan is due actually TODAY.. BUT I Have never been late. Why would someone CALL MY LANDLORD AND NOT CALL ME? I owe 206. And believe me i will pay this off and not do business here again.
