  I am currently trying to buy a property that Propel loaned money on. It has been two weeks since they were originally asked for a payoff. Attorneys had to get involved for them to finally send a payoff. I am pretty sure this is not a one time thing with them. I would not use them if I were you. Try to work with your county. I understand some people may be desperate but these are not the sort of companies to use. I have already gathered documentation from title and broker to prepare to sue them. If this deal does not close I will be going after them for my survey, option and appraisal fees. I may also help the seller to file a complaint with CFPB.

  I spoke with a Tressi Lewis who turned out to plain and simple liar. Propel Tax had me meet with a notary at an assigned time to sign legal documents. The documents stated the loan was funded. About a month later I got a letter from the attorney representing the county that my taxes weren't paid. I suggest no one used Propel Tax for nothing. An unprofessional, unethical place. My personal experience!!!

  Mr. Rowan, We understand why you would be upset, thinking that your taxes were handled, and then later finding out that they actually were not. Unfortunately, our attempts to contact you were unsuccessful. We did not catch the details of your marital status until after your loan papers were signed. Once we had all the correct information on your spouse, it became obvious that a property tax loan was not right for you. We could only offer you a 7 month term, which would make your monthly payments way too high. Once these 7 months pass, you would be able to get a Tax Deferment from the county, which would be a much better deal for you than a property tax loan. We apologize for not catching the details of your marital status in the beginning and for any upset this situation has caused you.   I just found out that my property is being auctioned in 6 days and it's a Wednesday. I started calling yesterday as soon as I found out and I've been just pushed between the same few people. Now I'm waiting on someone from playoff to email me. I have only days left and they are trying to ignore me until the property is sold. I inherited it from my grandparents and wanted to raise my kids here. I've only signed paperwork twice for two years of taxes and who knows how much they are going to charge to get the property back, if they even email me back and allow me to pay it off!!!!!

  I was in a bind with a company acquisition that had very high back taxes. Propel was mentioned to me by one of my contacts at the title company, and the process to get the back tax paid off quickly without any problem was instrumental in making a deal that would have been non profitable into a great acquisition. This service has great potential for my acquisitions of properties with tax issues.

  I’ve never posted anything anywhere before but really felt compelled to, regarding Propel’s Jose. Everything he promised to do was completed, including returning emails and phone calls on time. I had a few special requests and he got them approved for me. Entire process was simple, handled quickly and without annoying delays
