  I enjoy working with Albert Fuentes at New Western. He goes the extra mile to find the perfect property for my budget. He is very knowledgeable, and has excellent follow through. He returns calls or text almost immediately- even outside of normal business hours. Excellent customer service!

  My wife and I have been working with New Western for about 4 months. In particular, we have been working with Mark Watson. Mark has been the bright spot in working with New Western. He is personable, helpful and very cooperative. Historically, our investment properties have been primarily in Colorado. We decided several months ago to begin investing in San Antonio. Mark has helped us tremendously in making the leap to a new geographic location. His knowledge of the area and contacts has helped us fast track into San Antonio.   As an investor I dont trust many wholesalers out there, but at New West I never worry about getting a deal that doesnt make sense. I deal with Brooke, Andy and Carlos, they shoot me straight no bs and always give me accurate ARV’s, Rehab cost and always give me fair deals. I highly recommend all 3... They’ve also helped me through the whole process from the first investment property from purchasing, to the rehab, to the listing and as well as guiding me into the next project.
