  Gunn Acura has always treated us right. Yes, pricing can be an issue but that comes with owning an Acura. Aside from this fact, I have always had a good experience with the service team & in particular, Dale. He is courteous, informative & strives to be on top of taking care of the customer. I will continue to take my car there for as long as I own my Acura.

  Carla has excellent customer service for everything a customer needs when you are servicing your vehicle. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful. Carla makes sure that all my expectations are met but mostly exceeded.

  Customer oriented excellent service. Their shuttle bus service it's great. You don't have to wait long hours at the dealership until you vehicle is ready. Within a reasonable distance the shuttle service can take you home or drop you off at the mall and pick you up when the vehicle is ready or when you call it back. No other place I haven't seen having this type of service. I love it!

  Love..love..love..Gunn Acura.! Went in for an oil change and had concerns about my transmission shifting hard. Service Manager, Javier Lozano @ the IH10-W location did an exceptional job making sure I was taken care of. Everyone was beyond nice and very welcoming. Got the job done, had my complimentary car wash done.... I am & I will always be one happy camper with Gunn Acura.

  Was able to set my appointment online with the ability to choose add on services as well as request shuttle. Dropped of my car and was back to work within 30/45 minutes, very efficient ! Dale was super in getting me in and out quickly. Very good experience.

  Andres provided excellent service. Gunn Acura gave us an oil change & tire rotation. They also gave the car a full inspection and told us what needed service. They did not pressure us to have all the service there when we decided not to replace our wiper blades. I appreciated that. They washed the car and gave it back to us in a timely manner. I would return.

  I came in for a recall appointment and expected to need a few hours for the service to be completed. Javier met me, explained everything thoroughly, and provided the most professional customer service. I was out in no time, received a multi-point inspection, and a car wash. I am scheduled for repairs soon and have full confidence I will be taken care of in the same manner.

  Very good experience overall. Got an estimate. Got scheduled the following day. 100k mile service performed in one day and vehicle picked up same day. Dealership provided a loaner as well! When I received the estimate over the phone I confirmed that it include labor, parts and tax. When I picked up the vehicle, tax was extra on top of the original estimate. That was my only disappointment.

  Brandon and his team are always professional and quick to answer and questions or concerns that I might have! I have been bringing my Acura back to Gunn Acura for any type of service since I purchased the vehicle 8 years ago and I really do believe that is the reason it is still in amazing shape and will maintained!

  I have a 2013 RDX that I purchased new from Gunn. All the service has been done here and just had my 100K mile service. Always good service and loaner car provided on short notice. I have friends who own BMW and Audi's and they have to schedule service months in advance to get a loaner. Thanks for always taking great care of me!
