  Shelby and Roger at First Class American/ United Texas credit union merger was just awesome today. I opened my first business account with ease.   I have been a member of the credit union for 4 years now. I just closed on my 3rd vehicle loan with an APR that was unmatched by any competitor credit unions. They also offered me GAP and a warranty (my vehicle didn't qualify sense it was 15 y.o.) to help with any unknowns. I took the GAP though. My Loan Officer, Gordon Chin, was very knowledgeable and was there with me as I shopped around. The 3rd vehicle I looked at he was ready to process my paper work. My deal took a little bit longer than I expected and he stayed after to ensure I was able to drive home that day. He also mentioned that he called and asked someone else stay late, just so I could drive home that day. That spoke to me. The dedication of every member of my loan was exceptional. Thank you Gordon and the whole team that assisted me.

We're never felt pressured at any time to make a decision. We always appreciated their prompt response in getting back to us. I will definitely work them on all my financial needs moving forward.   I was referred on a Thursday (after-hours) and was called me on Friday. Lots of important information provided and I was able to finance a vehicle loan in less than a day. Gordon and Robert were extremely professional and helpful. I got the vehicle of my dreams with a very low interest rate. Highly recommend!

  Gordon was great! I would give 10 stars if I could. He gave us lots of advice which helped us maximize our car’s trade in value. I can’t say enough about his customer service and his attitude. I would definitely recommend him and the entire United Texas staff.

Beyond helping me refinance my home I'm also a habitual vehicle upgrader and I bother them maybe to often to make my latest motorcycle / automobile dreams come true. Kudos!   We’ve loved the experience we’ve had with our 2 auto loans and personal loan. Beverly has been most helpful throughout this process. It was easy and simple there was no running around everything was done when it was said it would be.
