  It is open on Saturday. This was really big for me because many locations are closed early or do not open. The employees are very courteous and try to get you through quickly. Not usually long lines, however getting there towards closing time is not recommended because De Zavala is a really busy street at that time and the traffic may make you late or it will not be easy leaving. They have an ATM right next to their front door that is not behind closed doors so if you would prefer to find a location where only you can have access to the machine anyone can walk up to it.

  Great service from Vanja and Adam. Took care of all my needs quickly and correctly with a smile. Nice new interior. Yes this is a busy location, so allow time depending on the day or come at 9am to be first! Thx.

  Lines out the door each time I go. Waited 50minutes just to deposit cash on a Friday morning. Manager sassy and saying that we were “trying him” for asking how long the wait is.

  Waited 11 minutes in drive thru, only two vehicles ahead of me. 4 minutes before anyone even came to the window and another 4 minutes for a deposit transaction that should have taken about 2 minutes.

  I love this bank because the staff really nice and friendly and the service very good Yesterday I was there the lady she’s helped me With love and friendly I’m forget her name I think is vanija I’m not sure l just want to say thank you so much to you .

  Been waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes and we have not moved at all. The lobby tellers are just as slow. Thank heavens this is not my personal bank or I would have taken my money out.

  I waited inn line for ten minutes only to get taken out of line to sit inn line and wait for a rep. I waited another 20 minutes so then can try to get me to open an account. After, they put me back inn line to see a teller only to get told I could not cash a $4000.00 check cause it was to large. Insanely bad bad business.......

  They never answer their phones and make it extremely difficult to get in touch with an associate. It makes me want to bank with another provider.

  Two tellers and 12 people in line. Several “Bankers” walking around chatting with each other... very poor customer service. The wait at this branch is always too long!

  It is Christmas Eve morning and the lobby of the bank was crowded I was greeted by the Mgr of the branch who was very helpful to me in my transaction the teller Michelle also was very very wonderful in regards to helping me this is an excellent branch of Bank of America
