  I could not have asked for a better experience working with Corey and her team. They were extremely professional and great with communication. They checked in with me multiple times throughout the process and answered any questions I had. Everything was very organized which made it easy for me. Not only that, but Corey went above and beyond spending time on the phone with me offering her advice on particular finishes, contractor referrals, etc. After we closed, she called to ask how my overall experience went. Truly exceptional service! And, Corey offered the best terms on my deal out of the lenders I inquired with! Can’t ask for much more than that. Will definitely be doing business with Private Money Utah again!

  My conventional financing failed 5 days prior to closing on a rental property in Tooele county. Underwriter last minute denied my loan. Either I lose my earnest deposit or get access to funding with a bridge loan. So I decided to contact Corey with Privatemoneyutah.com and acquire the asset as planned.   Corey, Jesse, and MacKenzie from Utah Private Money were wonderful to work with both during and after the transaction. This was my first time seeking a hard money loan. Corey closed kept her word of closing within 5 to 7 days and was able to make my offer extreme competitive with the quick ability to fund.
