  I purchased a mobile home in a Co-Op about one year ago and Gary Manyak and the staff handled getting me a loan and did all the paperwork needed and was at the closing, very great person. I experienced a total loss fire in June and I knew Gary and Hillary Doray at Priority Funding were the agency I wanted to use again to handle the application process as they get things done professionally and as quickly as possible. They keep constant contact with you and walk you through the whole process. Once again, Gary was there for the closing with all the paperwork ready to sign and process. GREAT JOB!   This was my first experience with Priority Funding and I couldn’t have been happier. From the initial application to the closing it was wonderful experience! This was my first mobile home loan and Brian (the Mortgage Officer) was very helpful. He reviewed the different loan products and payment options. He was also very patient when I had additional questions. This was also my first experience working with someone remotely and they guided me through the process with ease. Five star experience, I would highly recommend using them for a mobile home purchase.

  The whole refinancing and closing process was very simple thanks to Gary and Hillary they were very quick to get things moving and get all documents needed !   I used Priority Funding for my manufactured home loan , the process from start to finish was much easier than anticipated. My loan processor Hillary Doray, and my loan officer, Gary Manyak were very, very , helpful and informative, they answered all of my questions in a timely manner, both are very knowledgeable in their profession, again I wholeheartedly recommend Priority, with special emphasis , on Hillary and Gary, i thank you both.
