  Hector was our primary mortgage person with the Prestige mortgage team. Hector was amazing through our whole process from beginning to end with obtaining a mortgage and all of the steps required. Prestige mortgage had a deadline but completed our "clear to close" 2 weeks early. I highly recommend Hector, John, Luis, Alex, Liesel team. And I believe there were a few others that helped. They all worked so well together to provide my husband and I all of the info needed. If anyone is looking for a great mortgage company, please contact Hector and the Prestige Mortgage Team!!!

  I'm very grateful with Hector because he went above and beyond to help me on my first purchase, he listed to my concerns and made suggestions based on his experience. My father recommended him when he found out they're licensed in Florida as well, which is where I bought my house. I contacted Hector in the middle of the transaction, he along with John and Liesel worked quickly to meet all the deadlines. I highly recommend them!

  Prestige Home Mortgage and Hector Ibarra were GREAT! Hector and his team were ready and eager to help, constantly communicative on the process and available for us to ask questions 7 days a week. It was really helpful that he and everyone we worked with were bilingual, as Spanish is my family's primary language. Because of COVID and the competitive market, we expected the process to be long and drawn out, but Hector was able to help us close in less than a month!   I recently purchased my first investment property, and the guy behind my girlfriend and I in the back is Hector Ibarra. We took a few pictures but I chose this one to share because it expresses this guy’s energy. Positive, friendly, and sincere. Definitely a people’s person and a great profesional.
