  Simon and crew at the West Oliver team were great to deal with. Very professional and efficient. I have done lots of mortgage loans over the years and can say they are much more responsive than 99% of other lenders. The underwriting process was also smooth in comparison with others.   The team at Wes Oliver Mortgage were fantastic! Laura and Barry walked me through the entire process, from setting me up with a pre-approval letter, to getting all of my mortgage related documents ready for closing. We have tried to refinance multiple times (at least six!) and are awed with Wes and the Prestige team.   Wes and his team helped me obtain the mortgage on my home upon purchasing 5 years ago, and now have a repeat customer in helping me achieve my refinance in a week!! I couldn't have been happier with the team, their expertise, communication and urgency. Unfortunately when it came time to refinance, i thought refinancing my mortgage through the company that held the loan would've been the easier way to go, but it was held up for months before I realized what a bad decision I had made not reaching back out to prestige! They were able to turn the experience around for me and get everything closed before some personal deadlines. Can't say enough about this team!
