  My wife and I opened a checking account at the Northborough branch, where we also have our mortgage. We were promptly greeted by Bridget, who was courteous and welcoming. We had expected the whole process to take a long time with a lot of paperwork. We were pleasantly surprised to be in and out in less than half an hour. Highly recommend

  August ‘21 - I opened a checking / savings account with Edith (@W Main Marlborough location). The process was easy and Edith explained the options available. I received a personalized debit MasterCard on the spot. I’ve been in twice and both times the tellers were welcoming and kind and knew me by name. Big bank feels from a neighborhood bank.

  I had a great experience dealing with Brenda Deitzel ,Senior Commercial Loan Operations Coordinator. I needed help with some documents on a loan from years ago. She responded to my request quickly, found the needed documents and got me what I needed. Fast, friendly and professional.

  Main Street Bank (MSB) is a great place to do business with .. the staff is professional, responsive, and personable. They have from the time I opened my account been there to answer questions and work with me. The entire staff is so customer oriented - in fact several years ago when I first switched from another bank to MSB (at that time it was Marlborough Savings Bank) I had asked when the ‘mobile deposit’ feature was going to be available - the tech folks actually called me and asked me if I would help beta test the application. Now that’s personal service.

  My son Jake opened a business checking account and dealt with Rebecca Mackenzie who walked him through the whole process, guided him through all the benefits of Main Street Bank and spent all the time needed to walk him through the entire process. We picked Main Street Bank after calling a half a dozen local banks and found Rebecca to absolutely the most helpful.
