  I used Princeton Assurance for a house purchase. To begin with they didn't have the paperwork ready and only gave a few hours notice that the closing couldn't happen at the agreed date and time. Then, two months after the purchase it turned out there was an outstanding water bill they hadn't factored in to the settlement. They refused to cover the cost, follow up with the previous owner that the bill belonged to or deal with it through the title insurance I purchased.
