      This mortgage company is TERRIBLE!! The customer service reps are NOT knowledgeable. I am currently going through an ordeal regarding a PID issue for my area. 1 of their reps said it would be paid by them. Now, I am finding out that it wasnt paid. They are saying they never received the bill only a cover page yet I was never contacted by them. Now I am going to be the one paying the bill as well as a late fee due to the bill being delinquent now!!

      If I could rate this company lower than one star I most certainly would. The longest wait time on calls, that end up not being resolved. A website that doesn't give you access to all of your information and employees that don't have answers to any issues. Our original mortgage company sold us to them without notifying us so now we're stuck with this terrible company until we move. Don't choose them if you have the choice.

      I was on the phone with them for 37 minutes, transferred, the automated phone system stated I had entered my SS# in wrong twice, spoke briefly to a callous sounding female representative who certainly seemed displeased she had to utter any words to me let alone helpful ones, and after a further wait, got hung up on. Then I called again and the gentleman took down my number so if we got disconnected he could then reach me, after he had first asked me the necessary security questions. I had asked him a question which apparently was too complicated so he had me on hold while claiming to ask another representative the question. After another 4-5 min on hold he hung up and never tried reaching out. I called them back a 3rd time and the same guy answered, claimed he didn't recognize my voice and that he talks to hundreds of people per day. He had JUST talked to me and I knew it was the same guy. After realizing he was just taking a pause rather than dealing with the question he didn't know the answer to, then hung up to deal with someone else not so demanding on his limited ability, never called me back, denied he recognized my voice after he had JUST SPOKEN TO ME, I said that I had no interest speaking with him and that I'll call another day. Currently I have my property taxes escrowed into my mortgage. I'm changing that ASAP. Why should they make interest on MY tax money when I can? This is the reason for my adding to their 1* status. That's is low as they let you rate.

      I don't like leaving reviews and I especially don't like leaving negative reviews. I was hoping by leaving this review it would prompt them into finally responding to me, but I see now this is just how they do business. I called numerous times, then told to put my request in writing. I put my request in writing and now I'm being told to call! I have NEVER been treated so poorly! All I'm asking for is either a break down of where my funds went or a refund of those funds. CENLAR REUSES TO ANSWER!

      This is the WORST company I have ever done business in my life. My loan got bought out by them and they failed to send me bills on time and 3 months later send me a bill for almost $6000. They refused it was their fault. This is a company with worst costumer service on this planet. Third world countries have better costumer service then this crappy business. Stay away from them becouse they will screw you over big time

      Worst Company EVER!!! They did not pay our taxes that were due told us to fax over all the information which we did 3 times claim they never received it. Finally sent out the payment and by then it was late and they sent it to the wrong place. Still owe for the late fee, gave them all the information on where to over night the payment too and that it is due by the 31st and still have not sent it out. Asked them to email me the tracking # so I can make sure it was sent out and received and still no email. Call and get a different answer every time.

      All the reviews about how BAD Cenlar are true! Customer service reps are nasty and even though they took my money in escrow, the were late paying my insurance premium! I had to pay $4100+ out of pocket, so my insurance doesn't lapse. Whats wrong with that picture? I did not ask for this company to manage my loan. Peoples Bank gave it to them. People's Bank Check out the reviews and find someone else!

      I had similar issues that everyone has stated in their reviews. I make my monthly payment on-time and often ahead of time. However they cannot seem to get around to taking the money out until it's considered "late" and they charge me for it. Their offices run off complete chaos.. I am praying for my loan to be resold soon so I can happily pay my mortgage again.

      Either you want to pay extra principal or pay off your mortgage loans, this company gives you a hard time. The service representative tells you different things and makes it hard for you to save your own money by earlier payment. I was told that I can make extra payment for principal and I sent the check, then they told me I have to pay $600 processing fees. This time I was told I can pay off my loan online and then their website did not allow me to pay. I have to wire transfer in order to pay off my loan. In order to make money from you, they find all the way to either delay your payment or make it hard for you to deal with the payment. I will file a complaint with BBB and I am thinking to write to Attorney General' Office in New Jersey as well.

      Horrible customer service! My loan was just transferred to them, and they charged a rush processing fee for my first mortgage payment to them. When I called to have it removed, because the bill they sent me was already paid to the previous mortgage company, Jonathan (refused to give last name, but gave me C15 instead), claims the fee cannot be removed. He said it was because a mortgage payoff was requested 3 times (which we did not request), and we did not even start the refinance process until after we received the bill with the fees on it, so I am not sure how it would have had anything to do with it. He also said that additional fees would be added on the next bill. Sorry, but I refuse to do business with companies that care more about the almighty dollar, than taking care of the customer. Permanently adding to boycott list. I recommend anyone else run from them as fast as you can! The only company worse than them is Wells Fargo.
