A.Nonny Muss1Tried to reach the loan department. Was put on hold and kept there for over an hour! when somebody finally came on in, Told her what I was interested in about a loan. She said "OK, pls.hold on", Then put me on hold again for at least a half an hour, After which call got dropped. So I tried one more time, I had a very similar very bad experience with an hour or so wait time getting a second person who put me on hold, and then the phone went dead. Hard to believe this bank is able to do any business with anyone! By far the worst and most disorganized customer service I ever had from any bank.

Stuart Carroll5The account that they have if you are 50 or over has no fees and actually reimburses you for out of network ATM fees. The tellers are pleasant, there is never a long line, it's a wonderful bank.

Saket Vasa1At the bank, I did not enjoy the experience. There is a large number of extra payments that are required at this bank but not at others. Additionally, the extenuated amount of large fees and the banal conversation made with the teller; I essentially did not like the customer support. BBNT EXPOSED. They make you pay close to 250 dollars a month for ATM's out of network.

camilo Candelas1Stay away from bbt bank when i made a purchase of 23 dollars on ebay they contacted me about possible fraud . Well great i like that . But then someone deposited 31 cents in my account then tried to pull the money out a little at i time resulting in overdraft fees and returns fees not a peep. I go in and they make me fill out papers claiming fraud . I have to close my account and they end up with over 100 dollars in fees in their pocket. So they cancel item i purchased way before they even posted any fees .and this happened so they get their fees . Online banking and app is not up to date and very unreliable service . Please dont use this bank go to .Bank of America , Wells Fargo or TD or any other bank stay away unless you like giving the bank free money for unreliable service. This was the first time this has happened to me and it will be the last it happened to me
