  Mine was a VA refi with cash out. These are more complicated that a straight VA loan but the folks at Prime Choice handled it all quickly and with little of the "you want what" exasperation in providing required documentation. The people who handled my case were outstanding. They answered every question I had immediately without any "we will get back to you on that". The entire process was handled over the internet and it worked very well and easy too. I highly recommend you contact Prime Choice and ask for my team who did so well for me. Mr. Scott Twombley was my loan agent, Bob Lin was the loan processor and Tiffany Guimond did the loan set-up work. Great team and good people.

  After searching the net for a refinancing company, Prime Choice provided me not only with great rate at no fee loan but also their staff did great job at keeping me timely informed by email/phone and any updates. I was so impressed with the company staff in Tustin especially Lorenzo Kyritsis , that I decided to get another refinancing loan on a rental.

  This mortgage company is so easy to work with and the communication that they provide is outstanding. If you are in a VA loan I would highly recommend using this company. Kristina Bruno and Trianda Migenes are awesome to work with and they both really worked hard to get my refinance completed in a timely manner. The main thing is they communicated with me every step of the way it was very transparent.

  I refinanced a Veteran's loan with Prime Choice Funding in February 2020. Their interest rates were comparable to other lenders. Actually, I found no advantage in refinancing when it came to interest rates. However, I did find that my interaction with the loan personnel at Prime Choice to be top notch. Everyone that I interacted with from the application process to the signing of documents with the notary was OUTSTANDING!
