  My home loan experience was seamless and easy. Even in the hot housing market where people had to bid well over the asking price, we were still able to secure a loan that met our needs. The paperwork and the communication was consistent and we always knew where we were in the process. Something that sets Mike and Glenn apart is their utilization of videos that walk through a variety of scenario. This was a nice and professional touch that help me understand the process fully. There were also different situations from when I first bought a home, such as appraiser waivers that I did not fully understand until Mike explained it clearly to me. Overall, it was a great, stress-free experience dealing with Mike and Glenn.

  I worked with Glenn, Mike and their team for the good part of 2021. It wasn't a great time to be a buyer given the housing shortage and crazy bidding wars but Mike and Glenn made all the difference. They were responsive (even checking-in to ask how things are going and whether I had questions), professional and good at their jobs. Their company's tools for communicating different mortgage scenarios (% down, etc.) is great with nice looking tables, charts and even video recording of Mike going over what I'm looking at (in addition to going over them over the phone). When I found my dream home, they helped me beat out 20+ other offers and when the appraisal came in short, they worked with my real estate agent to submit a rebuttal and even gave me discount on their commission to help finalize the sale. I would 100% recommend them.

  Hands down the best mortgage company I've worked with. Michael refinanced two of my properties simultaneously and then again on one of them just recently. He has been very patient and thorough every time. He is not pushy and is not out there to force you into something when it is not the right time or the right deal. Because of him I am out of a HELOC loan and have a outstanding rate on my home mortgage. I trust him and his team with my eyes closed. Would definitely go with him and his team again.

  We were referred to Loan Depot from our realtor not knowing what we were doing in a crazy market. Loan Depot was the only lender to return our call from all the referrals we were given and we are happy that we used Loan Depot from the beginning of our journey. Glenn and Mike were very professional and attentive to our needs. Mike was in constant contact with us and always available to answer any questions we had throughout this process, even for quick questions on weekends and late evenings. The portal they use is very organized and easy to navigate. Majority of paperwork is digital for easy processing. Buying a home is nerve wracking but they made it smooth and communicated to us everything necessary to finalize our purchase. We highly recommend Hemry-LaSalla Group for your home loan needs!

  We had an A+ experience financing our first home with Mike and Loan Depot. The entire process was online/over the phone and they were able to help us pull off a very short 19 day escrow. Mike LaSalla was recommended to us by our realtor, and we gave him a call early in our house hunting process. We were able to get preapproved immediately and he explained the loan process and options very thoroughly from the beginning. Their initial loan rate was slightly higher than the rate we got from a bank, but there are so many factors and fees that are involved with getting a mortgage, so we quickly decided to go with Loan Depot because of their customer service and help which was way above and beyond what we were receiving from a bank. In the end, we were able to lock in a competitive rate and the closing costs were less than what we expected and what they originally estimated. We felt comfortable reaching out at any time, even with the smallest questions, and the level of customer service that we received allowed us to feel confident making such a huge financial commitment in such a short amount of time. I can honestly say that if we had known the mortgage process was this straight-forward, we might have bought a house several years ago. I will absolutely be recommending the Hemry - LaSalla group to my friends and family, even people who live out of town, because the entire process is easily done online!

  2019 UPDATE - Successful Refinance Mike’s team is a well oiled, super efficient, high turnover team. They know their business inside and out, they are 100% honest, and they completely manage the process from start to finish. This is my second time working with Mike LaSalla and I couldn’t be happier. I told him that I wouldn’t move forward until he got me the best rate possible, and that he did. I received three estimates from other banks per the standard recommendation and Mike’s team still had the best offer. It’s very important that you TRUST your lender, and trust them you can. Every single person on their team is valuable in the process and you feel like you are the only customer they have. How rare is that! Thank you to The Hemry LaSalla team for making refinancing so smooth and easy. 2017 - Original Loan Mike had amazing communication skills, he called me as often as was needed. Once we worked out our terms and had a plan moving forward he introduced me to Lexi who was just as awesome. Together they both continued to communicate every step of the way and Mike was an important part of the process all the way through. If I had any questions they immediately answered, but that was rarely needed since they were so proactive. Mike is not your typical sales person, he's very honest and direct and I never once worried if he was telling me the truth (or playing a game). Anyone can secure a deal and sell you a great loan, but it's the follow through that you can never predict. Mike and his team offer full-service support every step of the way, I can’t recommend him enough.

  I want to thank the Hemry-LaSalla group for such a great home buying experience, the loan was approved almost over night. When I found a house Glenn worked with my agent and we were able to secure the house. When going through the loan process Mike LaSalla guided me through a very uncomplicated loan process it was unbelievable and up until closing he guided me every step of the way.   Glenn and Mike were terrific to work with, they saved us when another lender couldn’t get our loan done due to covid overlays. They got us a terrific rate and made the process as painless as possible. I’ve gone through mortgage lenders on several other purchases and I will never work with anyone else going forward. These guys are trustworthy and detailed in their work and made the process of getting this loan done painless. As a veteran, they were experienced with the VA process and explained everything along the way which was great. I can’t recommend their team enough, thank you loan depot!!

  I was recommended to Glenn and Mike in the middle of escrow while getting declined from another lender. Glenn and Mike set clear expectations and communicated with me on what I needed to get done in order to still close on time. They didn’t promise anything they couldn’t accomplish. At the end they were able to help me closed escrow successfully. Super professional and friendly service. I was introduce to the entire team and I was informed of each person’s role which was helpful throughout the entire process. I will definitely use them again.
