  This mortgage and realty brokerage is one of the best in the state. Dara Long and Crystal Pichly Chea are both licensed loan officer and real estate agent. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, organized, and friendly.They are always on top of everything and are very helpful with ideas when it comes to a certain house and market. We were bidding against multiple buyers and Crystal was able to get our offer selected! Crystal is professional, responsive, and is willing to go above and beyond for her clients. Dara helped me get the maximum loan amount I need with the best rate. I and my family are extremely blessed we had Dara and Crystal as our agent. I would highly recommend Dara and Crystal to anyone who's thinking of getting best mortgage program, buying or selling their house or investment properties.

  Crystal and Dara were amazing and kept me informed every step of the way. Very knowledgeable and very quick with responses. As a first time home owner, it was definitely nerve wrecking but Crystal and Dara made it a lot easier. Would definitely work with them again in the future!

  United Finance company has a couple of questionable agents; Gregory Baltierra was my agent and on numerous occasions I had to go around him to work with his manager Carol Dye. But, in the end she too was not helpful. No one would explain the Loan Finance charges which appeared to be over 10k to process a simple Refi loan and the new mortgage amount quoted at ($2001.00) before the closing was actually ($2197.98) at the closing table. Also, l discovered there was only a mere ($11.01) difference between the old and new mortgage amount. In addition, the calculations used to so call reduce my new mortgage, actually was deducted from the escrow amounts; line items United Finance has no control over. I confronted him/ them with this information and requested a REFUND in the amount of ($675) to date l have not been refunded, for the unnecessary Home Appraisal l was told to obtain, had l been told my ACTUALLY SAVINGS was a mere $11.01, l would not have moved forward with this process. During this torturous 7 week period, my Excellent credit score was lowered and l was forced to submit excessive amounts of info including pay stubs for (2 years); all of 2018 and 2019. Update: Dana Long, CEO contacted me to find out what happened (unhappy with my treatment) he gave me a refund. Changed from 1 to 3 stars. Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPad
