  Couldn't be happier with our experience with PRMI!!! Pam, Scott and Heather were always on top of things through the whole process. Pam was excellent on communicating with us in a promptly manner. Whenever we had a question, they were all fast to respond back. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for mortgage loan.

  Scott and his team have been a part of our family since 2015 when we bought our first home. He is a wealth of knowledge and very professional. He and his team have always been helpful making themselves available thru work time changing schedules to ensure that all the documentation and procedures are done to standard. I could not have found a better team.

  My experience started with Rick Lalka who was great to deal with. He is what really made the financing of my new home much easier to get in place. Everyone else I dealt with were quick to respond and easy to work with.

  Had great experience. Went VA and Vince Patti was my main contact. It happened that the process went through Thanksgiving week and also through Christmas and New Years weeks. Vince made sure I had his cell phone number and walked me through the entire process. I would definitely recommend Primary Residential Mortgage to anyone needing a mortgage or a Refi

  If you use anyone other than Primary Residential you will be getting at best 2nd best service, professionalism, and an overall experience. They go above and beyond and treat you like family. Vince Patti made this the best process I have ever had buying a house. Kudos in every way!

  Great place to get a mortgage. I dealt with Scott DiGregorio. The guy's awesome. Haven't met a more knowledgeable and thorough mortgage broker. His assistant Heather is always on point and makes sure you are aware of what's going on. His processor Tina is fabulous. I can't say enough about them. If you are checking them out make sure you ask for Scott. You won't be disappointed.

  PRMI has managed the mortgage for a close friend of mine in the North Fort Myers area. The process has been absolutely horrifying. The closing date has been delayed almost 3 weeks now with the underwriter requesting additional information each week per 'federal guidelines'. Heather Dowling's lack of communication, misinformation regarding the schedule, and overall poor effort has left both the buyer and seller uncomfortable and in a stressful situation. Heather has gone an entire day without any communication to the buyer or seller. A more experienced broker and mortgage company would have foreseen these issues ahead of time, as well have a better working relationship with the underwriter to avoid delays.

  Have used before the Ft. Myers, Florida office, very knowledgeable and professional staff. Only problem I found was the main headquarters didn't have any knowledge of my REFI and it was through the same company like the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star.
