  I am so thankful we were referred to Jason for our first time purchasing a house. Originally we went through a large bank and felt lost and unsure. As soon as our realtor recommended Jason to us, things got so much easier and actually made sense. He explains everything step by step and goes above and beyond.   I’ve known Jason for a couple of years now and I have always been impressed with his work ethic and care for his clients. When it came to the refinance on my house I chose to go with him over others because Jason is somebody I can trust. I would highly recommend him if you’re looking for a mortgage or refinancing your home he is your guy! Very responsive, gives you several options, and helps you through the entire process.   This is the second time we have used Jason Rios and would not use anyone else. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and always answers the phone which in these days is hard to find.   Where can I possibly start... no words can describe how easy, professional and fast the process of obtaining our first home loan was. Jason Rios was incredible, everyone NEEDS to work with him. Wouldn't have done it any other way. I thought this process was going to be long and painful but he made everything very simple and was very helpful in every possible way. He walked us through evey step and explained eveything until we fully understood. Also kept us updated throughout the whole process. Looking forward to working with him again.

  Working with Jason of Lend Elite was first class all the way. Anytime I had a question, there was a response within minutes.
