  We made it to the game lovely building with appreciative food but it sprinkled and they held up the game for hours and they began when the weather got worse late at night also their mascot looks like a block of cheese.

  I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Jessie saved me over $1300 in flood insurance just by putting in a little extra work that the other companies weren't willing to do for me. Her customer service is second to none and she truly cares about her parents. My friend who is a mortgage officer said "I never have to worry when I see something from Delaplane. The coverage is always spot on!" Thank you so much Jessie and the family for all you do!!

  Jessie is Great! Not only did she save me $$$ on my home owner's insurance, I got more coverage with a company that I know and trust. She made sure that I got exactly what I wanted/needed. I would (and do) highly recommended Delaplane Insurance to all of my family and friends!!

  We've dealt with Delaplane Insurance for over 30 years. Homeowners and cars (even dreaded teenage driving kids!). We've referred all our friends and neighbors. Everyone has gotten fantastic service and great advice for what we need or can do with out. If I've had a claim or question about one, I can call and get answers. I've called at the last minute forgetting a bill is due and gotten it taken care of quickly, I've drove them crazy looking for better rates through all the companies they underwrite with. They come though with flying colors! I've literally saved thousands because I can depend on their good advice. Not sure about the strange review about drafting her account and all that, considering all the other reviews she made were about bars and restaurants. Maybe she should consider which is a priority and which is a pleasure before complaining.... Thank you, Elaine, Jessie & Judy for all these years of GREAT Service. Keep it up!!!

  Jessie, Elaine and Judy are nothing short of top notch in the industry. They treat you like family. They don't just write policies and take your money like many other firms. They will take the time to explain to you your options. And in the rare case that they cannot find better coverage for the money they will not try to sell you anyway. I am a home inspector in the area, and I do a lot of insurance inspections. Since I discovered an Insurance agency that has my best interest in mind I feel I have something very valuable to offer to my clients by recommending this family owned business. I get phone calls from former clients thanking me for the referral because it saved them considerably. Thanks Delaplane Insurance...keep up the good work!

  Jessie looked at our home insurance and informed us about some things that were lacking - a real concern as we thought we had the necessary coverage. She encouraged us to at least talk to our current agent about rectifying things. After some back and forth on our part, we switched our coverage to Jessie. We trust her - she is very knowledgeable and will NEVER pressure you into working with her. She educates and allows you to make your own decision in your own time. I would whole-heartedly recommend Jessie to anyone I know!

  I recently bought a new home. I reached out to Jessie for a quote and was very impressed by what she gave me. As an attorney I know my way around a policy and am able to spot gaps and garbage pretty quick. Jessie was spot on with what I needed. The quote didn't contain things I didn't need but did contain the coverage that is important. As part of the process I received random quotes from other agents. Were some cheaper? You bet. Why? Because they contained very little coverage and left huge gaps or where even based on wrong information. If you didn't know better you would think these policies have you covered, but they don't. I will continue to use Jessie and Delaplane insurance and refer my clients to her with confidence.

  I have had my homeowner's insurance with the Delaplane insurance agency for the last 3 years, and have dealt primarily with Jessie. She has provided me with fantastic service that was tailored to all of my needs, and even saved me about $600/year vs. what I was paying before.   I have found over the years that it's very easy to have a very bad experience with insurance companies. Not so with this company. Would definitely recommend. Jessie was very prompt, thorough and easy to communicate with. I told her my situation, she recommended options, explained the policies and also recommended alternatives. I got what I needed and feet good about it. Can't ask for much more.
