Shelley Gentry5This bank is very very busy but the staff are very helpful and kind!! I have always had a great experience coming here and dealing with any one I have worked with. Make an appointment if you can to get quicker service. The outside guard even helped me one time change my flat tire! Now that is service ladies and gentlemen!! Thank you Zach for a great transaction today.
Response from the ownerHi, Shelley. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Zach was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^alma

Christian Browne1Literally the worst bank I’ve ever gone to. Profiled a family member and myself. And said they weren’t comfortable with me in depositing a 900 dollar personal check. Would t explain why either. We’re very rude. I will be making an appointment to come down there and withdraw the 13.6 million dollars out of our family business account and take our business to an establishment that isn’t a laughing stock. The manager and tellers are awful here. I hope that measly 900 dollar check was worth the loss of business and acquired interest.

jim never1This office is absolutely the worst BoA. The entire experience is negative. As you approach the door a very unfriendly guard direct your every move. He manages who you talk to, where you sit, where you stand, how close you stand, etc. The employees are sparse, but hiding all around in areas with no customer activity. There is typical one teller and a teller in training. There is another half dozen or so doing something except helping customers. The typical visit has 7-10 people in front of you and it takes a minimum of 20 minutes to do the simplest of transactions. I really hate this place. I have since opened an account at Truist and have been pleasantly surprised. I am not too sure how long I will remain with BoA, but I suspect not too much longer. Their app is great and their network of banks is good. If you wanted to be treated like a “customer”, don’t go here
Response from the ownerHi, Jim. It's disappointing to hear that your experience wasn't at the level you expected, and we’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. Shelley Durepo5Not much of wait line inside this Bank of America, but the drive-thru is another story today. Great customer service at this location on Skyline Boulevard.

Patricia Ling1I am not the type of person that likes to write bad reviews about anything or anybody; I believe that people deserve second chances; but guess what? I gave this branch the second chance and they missed it. Do not waste your time if you are in need of a notary right away; they will turn you away saying that you need an appointment. I went to another bank and they didn’t hesitate to help me with my request. Ah! and BTW, ever since they closed their drive-through they made it harder to people with disabilities do their banking with them. Unacceptable!
Response from the ownerHello Patricia. We value your business and are sorry that you were disappointed. We’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. Brian Gamble1I'm convinced that this is the worst bank in America. How they are still around is a complete mystery to me. So many closed locations, nobody ever answers the phone, hardly anybody is ever at a branch.... oh, and they like disclosing private information to others without your consent. New name should be 3rd Reich Bank. (NEW ADD to reply to BoFA's comment below) *Joseph, as in Stalin?

Frankie Pijuan3This is far the worst banking experience I've ever had in this building. First off I had questions about a transfer I did, and nobody could tell me the different type of transfers if it was wire/ACH. And the whole time just said it was wire. So the lady at the front counter just printed out my transaction history which I already know about the transfer and the confirmation # and tells me there it is. I responded I know but I need to know the type of transfer it was and should could not tell me but asked the other teller and he had no idea about the difference in transfers. They referred me to somebody else in the office and he just jotted a number on a post it and said call there and they'll be able to help you. So do they literally just place un trained employees on one building and expect it to operate? Not to mention the call service was horrific, and no help what so ever. If at all your having difficulty with your banking other then withdrawing/depositing, please speak to Jamie at this location. She is very knowledgeable and probably have the best insight and service my entire banking with this location. I changed this review because Jamie actually gave us an answer that’s acceptable and not one that’s maybe you’ll get your money back. Thank you Jamie.
