  My wife and I recently purchased a home in Las Cruces NM utilizing the Primary Residential Mortgage office in Albuquerque. We never set foot within the office, in fact the vast majority of our interaction was via emails and phone conversations with Dolores G., which proved to be completely satisfactory... Everyone involved with our purchase was knowledgeable and willing to help us along on our journey. We'd started looking for an older home but failing to find just the right property we switched it up and went after new construction. Nobody else's problems and everything is brand new... We're completely satisfied with our experience with Primary Residential Mortgage and have already recommended them to others.

  We were house hunting since December and our lease was ending at the end of March. tough market! several rejected offers later - finally got our offer accepted beginning of March, Lee Smith and his team rushed to the rescue and closed us in less than 20days! not only were we out of our apartment on time- we had an extra week to make the move! not only did we close exceptionally fast, Lee patiently explained everything every step of the way and was available any time we needed (even weekends/evenings). his knowledge shines through. this team goes the extra mile- highly recommend. if you're looking for exceptional customer service, kindness and knowledgeable individuals this is the lender for you!   100% reccomend this company, and especially Joanna! My husband and I put in seven offers on seven different house and our team at Primary Mortgage went above and beyond on ALLof our offers, and I'm pretty sure they had a big hand in the one that finally got accepted, on our dream home no less!
