October Nicole Huang1Charged off my account over 5.00 dollars.. Disputed it directly with transunion and asked to have it removed from my credit as it was paid. But Sandia declined and left it remaining on my credit. OVER 5.00.. Another charge off that was paid in full was on my credit, got a letter from the manager at the credit union on Menaul and candelaria stating the charge off would be removed from my credit report. It was never removed still on there 5 years later. absolute criminal bank... they’ll take everything you have Stay away

Nikki O5I primarily bank with USAA, but I need a local bank. Sandia has been working tirelessly with me on making sure both of my banks work as streamlined as possible. There are hiccups but at the end of the day Sandia has been working with me, as USAA has, making this juggling act of a disabled veteran work.

steve clayton4The people in the call center are great and eager to help. The switch from P2P service to Zelle however was not a good one. P2P worked well Zelle does not!

Chris Taylor1I've been banking with Sandia Area for nearly 20 years. They have always been slow to adopt new technology and have occasionally been difficult to work with on business matters but never bad enough that I wanted to change banks. However, recently went in to setup a NFA Living Trust account with the proper documentation from my lawyer and Branch Manager (John) would not set it up. Wells Fargo setup a the new account with the same documentation in 10 minutes. If I can't trust them to handle simple planning matters like this I can not trust them with my checking and savings accounts. Sadly I will be leaving Sandia Area.

Mekela Chavez1I am EXTREMELY unhappy with this bank. Their hours are awful, their customer service is far less than satisfactory -especially over the phone- I have been trying to regain at home access for months and I can't go to their office because of their hours. Their phone service is automated and even when you do get a hold of a real person they just redirect you 3 hours on the phone and I have accomplished nothing. I will be switching banks the moment I get the chance.

Brenda Mays5Sent text, much easier and quicker than calling, and you have the information in writing. They responded quickly not only initially but in answering EVERY question. They knew the answers without having to constantly saying "Let me check". May never call again, I'll just use text!

Lee Schneider5The process was very simple and seamless. This is the second time I have used remote closing. Nicholas did a very good job keeping posted on how the process was progressing, Crystal was also very good in keeping me posted snd being a go between Nicholas and I. I would use this process again
