  Cameron was awesome to work with, had the most pertinent advice on how to make it to closing and how to protect our credit during the process. Was available for all of my stupid questions and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Oh and you know when they say ‘if you’re closing on a Friday, don’t expect to get keys till Monday”? Well we closed on a Friday, and Cameron had us funded that afternoon and we got the keys the same day. He was quick and responsive, would definitely work with him again!

  I recently purchased my first home and Cameron was an absolute pleasure to work with. Even when our first plan fell through he was able to figure out something else that worked even better. He also had a couple of assistants reach out to me to see how everything was going. He returned every phone call and was very thorough and pleasant even when I asked him clarifying questions.   Cameron helped me finance my first home and he also assisted on the purchase of my new condo more recently. With the home, it was my first experience financing property, and he was always respectful and took extra time to explain things I didn't understand. He made me feel comfortable, educated and respected. He presented options, educated me on the differences and made good recommendations based off of my needs. There was even a point where I had a questions after closing on the property, and he was kind enough to take his time to assist me. For purchasing my condo, there were more complications during the process, but Cameron was diligent and reassuring. He worked extra hard, to make sure the issues that arose were resolved in a timeline that worked for me to move into the property. He did all this durning the stress of quarantine, but again he made the process very easy for me. I really appreciate Cameron and I would absolutely recommend him for any of your mortgage needs.
