Kyo Rice1If I could give no stars I would. Nuesenda credit union has to be the WORST bank in the world! Customer service is a zero and they will never improve. You would think that if the lobby closes at 5pm then the drive through would stay open till 6pm to better serve the community. People who work late or non banking hours. But NO absolutely not. Lobby and drive through close at 5pm Monday-friday so if your an Essential worker or not a snobby bank teller baking here is going to be a pain. Their website is worse. Pass this bank by as fast as you can. Their are better credit unions in town who are able to better serve their community.

Bond Girl1This location has the slowest tellers I’ve ever encountered. I go several times a week and regardless of what time it is, there are 2 employees only working: 1 helping the lobby and 1 for the multiple drive through lanes, despite the SEVERAL employees just standing around talking to each other in the receptionist area. I try to avoid the drive thru as much as possible because it’s usually a 20 minute wait. The drive thru could knock off several minutes if they were to provide a slot for transaction slips and gave the receipt to sign with the money like every other credit union., The employees are very nice, but sometimes too talkative which makes the lines move slowly. The Montgomery location is 1000% faster.

Matthew grandinetti5I worked with Chiara and she went above and beyond the level of service that's required. I was a first time car buyer and I was in a bit of a bind to get into my new car. When there was a problem with the payoff of my original loan balance---I needed to payoff the original loan in order to get into my new one---Chiara was able to get in touch with the underwriter and successfully advocated for me to get approved. She was also extremely personable and was able to put most of my concerns at ease. Thanks again for the help Chiara! You were amazing.

Lorena V1I have been banking with Nusenda for well over 10 years. Today I had the most unpleasant experience with an agent at the Paseo and Barstow location. The interaction was so fast that I did not get to even catch her name. Luckily the branch manager came in and helped the situation. She knew how to treat people properly and had great communication skills, unlike the agent. Again, I have been banking with Nusenda for well over 10 years. The only difference this time, was that my hispanic boyfriend was with me. I'm glad I now know how our interactions will be here and I will not be back.

Jennifer Nelson2I was a prior Member Of NM Educators and LOVED IT! I am not sure what has happened to the customer service at this Credit Union branch but it is LACKING at the Member services desk. If you want to feel Valued and appreciated for your Membership DON"T go to this branch. I am not the biggest at reviews but after today being the 3rd time I have had an unprofessional experience I knew that the previous experiences were not just a fluke. Today I went in to make a withdraw from my account as well as get some questions answered about the new chip cards I received and order checks with my new address. When I walked in the lobby there were 2 guests sitting in the waiting area and there was a very short line to use the teller services. after walking up to the teller ( She was VERY Friendly Operator # 1790) she asked what I needed and started to assist with my withdraw. Several people started coming in behind me so I asked if the member services desk could assist with the other two (2) needs. She said yes. I walked over and signed in to get assistance. After waiting for about 10 minutes or so (not complaining as I assumed I would have to wait) all teller windows were full plus a small line. A male employee from the member desk came over to tell me that due to the wait I would need to go to the teller line. I explained that I had been to the teller and would rather speak with member services due to the volume of customers in line. He stated he was unable to assist. Needless to say I left the bank not getting the items I needed resolved. One Very Disappointed Member. Jennifer

vince v1I applied for a manager job with Nusenda & in less than 1 hour, I got a email from them stating that after reviewing my application I was not being considered for the role. How is it possible that they processed my application so quickly? Deceptive hiring practice by human resources. Could it be that I have a non-caucasian name? I would never ever consider them for business or even working for them.

Joshua Fleming1My wife had an account for 10+ years with this bank. She unknowingly had an annual automatic withdrawal taken from her unused account. Nusenda proceeded to charge $5 per day until we received a letter 3 weeks later finally notifying us of the mishap. When we finally realized the mistake we payed the withdraw amount and assumed Nusenda would realize this was a complete error and remove the $100+fees that had accrued. WRONG... We were now forced to speak with a very unpleasant individual named Angelina. The "manager". She proceeded to talk down to my wife and hung up on her as we were attempting to get these absolutely ridiculous fees waived... Long story short we ended up paying these crooks $70 of our hard earned money and closed the account. Crazy to think they would treat such a long tenured member with such disregard.

ruby rose2Loan interest rates are the only good thing left with this once exceptional institution. Customer Service in the 70s, 80s and 90s was very good to excellent but now it's dropped off considerably. They've simply gotten too big to hire enough high quality customer service individuals. Most of the tellers seem fine but if you have to dig deeper into their services, attitude and incompetence abounds. Their mortgage department seems overworked and edgy. I wash surprised at their "push-back" as I'll call it when I politely asked that an unauthorized charge be credited back to my account. They fought me tooth and nail as though I was the bad guy in the scenario and not a long-time member. I'll wait for a few transactions to clear the account and then end my 30-yr relationship with this CU for good!

april Cloyce1I always check my account so I won't overdraw. I noticed a transaction posted then 2 days later when my account got low the transaction was gone and I took a screen shot of it. I think they are deleting transactions in hopes we make more transactions and overdraw. I was about to spend but didn't cuz I knew they 115 transaction that disappeared in hopes I would overdraw would show back up the next day and it did.

Joyzleen Pena1This is the absolute WORST location that there is in New Mexico. I came in around 11:30 to get a new card. No one in front of me. Waited for well over 10 min. Employees at the teller laughing and giggling. One walked from the back hunched over moving at a snails pace. Absolutely no sense of urgency. Waited over 10 min and still no card and no service. Just annoying. Been a member for 5 years and never had this type of service.
