  Doing business with Kyle Mendenhall is always such a treat. His ability to stay calm in a closing storm and still get to the table to sign on time is a rarity and someone you need when a closing tries to veer off course. He's knowledgeable, willing to partner with you on different options, and available for calls from me and I know his clients. As a realtor you need someone you can communicate with, get clear answers, and get to the closing table on time and do it all with your client's best interest first and foremost.

  Completely unresponsive...and be prepared to be spammed with emails and calls from 3rd parties they sell your information to. Much better options out there!
