  John was very helpful with the entire mortgage process. He went above and beyond what we expected for a mortgage broker. He is responsive professional, and giving with his time. We are first time home buyers and he patiently took us through all aspects of the funding process. He is very knowledgeable about real estate transactions and the wider industry.   Amazing experience. I will recommend John and team over and over and over again. Answered every question, had online access for all paperwork, worked diligently to set me up with the right lender and lending product for me and my situation. John and team were ALWAYS available to me. I got caught in the COVID/supply chain economic fiasco we have all been dealing with and John stayed with me for an entire year to get my deal done.   John Hedrick was a fantastic fit for my husband and I who were relocating from Chicago to Raleigh, NC. We compared his rates to another lender and he welcomed the competition! He spent an hour and a half explaining the ins-and-outs of mortgages. I felt equipped to make an informed decision afterwards as a first time home buyer.   John and his team were great to do business with. A couple of important thoughts; -- John worked closely with me to get the best rate available and they succeeded in a very difficult time where rates where going up on a daily basis. They locked my rate under 4% and worked closely with the seller to insure we closed on time with no delays or surprises. --Communication with John and his team was immediate whether it be a phone call and/or text or email. Every question was answered completely , no question was too insignificant. We felt like they're only client. --100% professional throughout the process! That includes everyone who works for John which I believe is indicative of his leadership. I will happily refer John to anyone in the Carolinas.   This team is fantastic! My agent recommended Ace Mortgage to me and when I first called them, John was in a vacation where he does not have good signal and it was already 5:00 pm. However, he gave me his colleague Mike's number and Mike quickly prepared the pre-approval letter. In this way, I could submit the offer that night. They are always responsive and professional. Every time I had a question, I could get an answer within one hour. In addition, they always think for the clients and be happy to give good suggestions. Would definitely recommend this team to my friends and will work with them for my next mortgage.
