  Unbelievably inconvenient. Terrible communication. Poor digital options. I am planning a wedding and, to add to the stress, I misplaced my debit card. After looking for it for a while, I set up an appointment on the app to get an instant issue and re-issue my debit card to me. They called me 9 minutes before they closed the day before my morning appointment to tell me they were not an instant-issue branch. I had waited 3-4 days for the appointment when I could've just called and reordered. Secondly, when I did finally call to reorder, there are NO options to use your card before it arrives AND there was no offer to expedite it because of the inconvenience I had been put through by poor handling and customer service. Probably my first and last credit union I will put my money with.

  Please save your money and choose elsewhere. The faulty teller machines often miscount your money and when they do the teller will claim they can't give the money back, can't cancel the transaction and STEAL YOUR MONEY. This lead to $1000 being stolen from me in the middle of a global pandemic when I already lost work. I was lucky to have someone gift me cash to help me and my bank I trusted STOLE it from me. Save yourself the tears and stress. PLEASE

  We had to change accounts due to my computer being hi-jacked. The representative that assisted us was beyond helpful. She guided us through the entire process and then ordered checks for us , we forgot to ask. Only if all of businesses we had to contact were as helpful as Costal it would have been an easy process converting but............

  I just walked in trying to open a new account and was completed ignored. When I was directed to the person I needed to talk with, she seemed quite annoyed that I was there. No thanks, I'll take my money elsewhere.

  All I can say for this location is......Christa!! She is without question, the absolute BEST banker I have ever worked with. If you want a quality banker that will just get stuff done, look no further!

  Kelly Ayscue has gone above and beyond with helping my mother with a purchase of a vehicle. I was amazed on how detailed she was with documents, she followed up with an email or phone call. She answered every question we had. She had a passion to help...we are Sooooo Thankful ! Thanks Kelly 🌺

  Horrible customer service. Mask required. Costal caves to tyranny. I closed out my account and moved elsewhere. We do not subscribe to Gov Cooper’s illegitimate order.

  Cancelling existing cards and forcing everyone to use a contactless debit card is not cool.
