  First Heritage Mortgage - Mike Travis and team made the mortgage loan process extremely easy. We had a relatively short turnaround time when we engaged Mike and team. We were under contract and needed to close within 3 or so weeks. All parties worked quickly and efficiently to meet the deadline. Mike is honest, straightforward, knowledgeable, presented options and a clear roadmap. We received the best rate and service we could ask for!

  First Heritage Mortgage was recommended as our lender from a trusted source, and our loan officer Mike Travis did not disappoint. Having never been through the process of home buying before, and the Raleigh area being a hot market, we were intimidated. But Mike went out of his way to make the process of loan approval, and later all of the paperwork that follows closing, as low-stress as possible, and went out of his way to be available during some pretty odd hours (my wife and I both work, so it was difficult to carve out time on the weekdays). We had endless questions, but never had a problem getting answers, and Mike remained patient and professional the entire time. Highly recommend!
