Big Papa Nick1Stay away from this bank, I have been charged 4 overdraft fees when I’ve had a positive balance the entire time! They refuse to refund them because only one refund is allowed every two years by “policy”. Guess they can just steal 36 dollars whenever they want. What makes it even more funny is that when I opened an account, they made me sign a piece of paper stating my account wasn’t eligible for overdraft.

Janine Brabrand2I have banked at this branch for years now and have over ten accounts with them but my last two interactions with employees on the phone have been so bad. The staff on the phone sounds as though they just started yesterday and the ums are every other word followed by idk and not sure who you need to speak with. I have never experienced this at this branch before so I can only guess that is the new merger and they lost quality employees and filled the positions with bodies. Hope this isn’t the future of my banking experiences with Truist.

Colby Vezina1Brian was completely unhelpful and Truist as a whole is a complete mess with this merger. They put my loan info under someone else's social and are blaming it on me.

Solvie Solvie1Worst bank branch I have ever dealt with... I've now dealt with them three times. I decided to give them one more try today because it's the closest to my home in the country. All I wanted to do was close the estate of a friend who died and made me executrix. Text book simple. Probate is all done. But they wouldn't allow me to do it. They said I had to write out a check to myself and deposit it in one of my accounts. When I have closed other accounts, they simply write the check out and give me a letter saying the account is closed.

J Velez3Love this bank overall but this particular branch has fallen with customer service. Usually are waiting too long (minimum 25 minutes) with minimal staff, single person assist with customers needs. Managment is usually locked in their offices.

Erica “Panda” Phillips1Do not open an account with them. I get banking rules and all. But they closed the account during the pandemic. Guess the rules are more important them me buying groceries.

Karen Cockerel1I sent my sister to the bank yesterday to deposit my rent money of a 1000 dollars and the teller she thinks her last name was Rodriguez gave her back a receipt for 100 dollars. She had to go back into the bank good thing she caught it. Beware
