      I've used this branch before and twice they have given me wrong information on financial matters. The first time was with a car loan and what documents I needed to secure the car and the second time was information about getting a "signature guarantee", which is a step up from a signature confirmed by a Notary Public. In both cases I asked 2 different people to confirm the information and both pairs of people got it wrong. I wouldn't use them as a bank anymore because if this is the level of knowledge they show then would you trust them with your money?

      I have been extremely happy with the service that I have received since I switched to Premier Members CU. Much better than the elevated one that acts like a bank, charging outrageous fees for every transaction. I have found PMCU to be reasonable and accommodating. Very happy.

      Service is always friendly but one too many times their phone reps say different than actual reality when you walk in. I’d like to see their miscommunication come out of their paycheck instead of mine- then I’d guarantee they would all have better communication! And that really goes for All businesses ;)

      Yeah, they are pretty bad. It's especially evident now during the pandemic. I spent 45 minutes on hold with their main office before I gave up, then tried to do my task online, since nobody at my branch office ever actually answers their phone. The website sent me into an endless loop with no way out. Oh, their ("new and improved!") website is a case study in what absolutely not to do when designing a user-friendly, easy-to-navigate experience. The people that work there are nice enough, so much so that I almost feel bad to write this negative review. But if you are serious about your banking look elsewhere. I know I will.

      In order to not get my review deleted from here ima make it plain and simple, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had anywhere! I’ll never go back to this branch.

      This is definitely the worst Premier Members bank location! As a 23 year business account member, I have spent many hours at the Boulder, Westminster and Louisville locations and have never had the level or consistently in issues with any of the other branches! After my most recent issue and not getting anywhere with the branch manager, ( who basically argued that every other branch is doing their transactions 'wrong") I spoke with a manager at another branch. Her recommendation was to avoid this branch altogether......

      The bank didn’t give a good service at all and let customer do everything from their mistake. It was really bad experience to have loan and account here. When I finish everything here I will close my account ASAP. I don’t know about the other branch but I heard alot of negative things from many people about the service from Premier member. Let me tell everyone for my story with the bank. After my credit score is reported with not my mistake but the bank said i have to fix myself and write the letter to credit bureau and I did it cuz every information is under my SSN number (thats make sense) and they said everything should be fix on May 1st but i was there today (May 21st) the teller said we couldn’t see anything and I have to call collection service by myself. And the lady who used to work for my case just sit and chill behind the teller desk, Hello!! Least you should do something or move to your table to see something what you can do for your customer right? And last time you asked me a number and email if you get update but 20 days later you said you can’t see anything. Why? When your customer has a problem, bank should do something better or help as much as you can but why this bank let the customer do everything by themselves? I just wanna say if anyone looking for loan or do some work at the bank, please drive 3 minutes more to Elevation credit union is WAY WAY BETTER!!!!

      I belong to three credit unions and these guys are definitely the worst game in town. I have never seen a financial institution make as many errors as this place, especially around loans and communication. Surprise surprise, they also don't take responsibility for their errors. For example, they failed to mail documents then actually tried to blame the post office! I have been slowly getting more disappointed for years so I'm going to begin the task of phasing them out of out lives as our primary, joint bank. Lame.

      Honestly if i could give you a half a star or NO STARS AT ALL I WOULD.... Starting off with I got a loan for a car and everything was going great for over 4 years, I have never skipped a payment, I have also paid a little extra every month and they wont let me skip a payment now. They want me to pay 25$ to see if I "qualify" to skip a payment and even if I do "qualify" I still don't get my 25$ back. This is not good customer service at all and when i am done paying Premier Credit Union I WILL NOT GO BACK and I will refer people to Blue Credit Union instead.

      This isn't a review of the Longmont location, but is a review of Premier Members Federal Credit Union (PMFCU) as a whole. I have been a customer at PMFCU for over 14 years now and I have seen a significant change for the worst in the past few months. I've finally decided that I cannot deal with the incompetence I have been dealing with, so I am moving to another bank. Recently, I signed up for two business accounts and wanted to take advantage of the online banking. Apparently, I had set up these accounts just after PMFCU's big "security rollout" for their website. Well, the rollout was a complete disaster. Here is a list of problems that I encountered: 1) When I tried to access my business account for the first time, I was asked to provide a contact email address. The system would accept my email address, but then when I tried to log in again, it asked for it again. When I tried to use Quickbooks to access my account, it was denied because PMFCU's system flagged my account as incomplete because I didn't have an email address associated with the account! Turns out that the person who set up my account didn't know what they were doing and only one person in the whole PMFCU organization could fix it, which they did two weeks later!! 2) I tried to transfer money from one business account to another and couldn't. So once again, I call the helpdesk and talk to some person who reset my account so that I could use that option. Turns out that ALL of my accounts (both business and personal) were reset and I had to call yet another time to get a passphrase to clear that up. 3) This was the last straw for me. I tried to set up bill pay but each time I tried, I was given an error that bill pay wasn't available. For almost a week I was calling PMFCU every day to get this cleared up. Finally, I talked to a supervisor who said: "The only person who can fix this is on vacation and won't be back until Monday." So basically, I couldn't pay bills online or write a check (because the person who set up my account dropped the ball on ordering checks even after we had gone through and picked them out) or transfer money. I live and work in the mountains and I am very busy. The closest office is 45 minutes away and I DON'T have time to go down to one of their offices to deal with this. PMFCU is a joke! The people who work there are incompetent and should not be running a bank. I don't have time to be on the phone every day with someone who doesn't know how to do their job only to find out that I cannot use the tools I need to conduct my business. DO NOT USE THIS BANK
