      Spent 30-ish minutes completing the online forms to open a basic bank business account only for it to glitch on the final submit. Drove to the branch location. They couldn't find anything in their system and said our options are to try again online OR make an appointment to come back in person when we have a 2-hour window of availability during regular business hours. I was hoping to move all of our accounts to Elevations because they were recommended to me long ago and I like the idea of using a local credit union that gives back to our community but there are too many hurdles in the account enrollment process. We'd need 10 hours to move all of our accounts? That's craziness. Our current bank has walk-in service and has always been able to get us set-up with new accounts in less than 20 minutes. Sadly, we'll have to stick with them for now. Bummer.

      Constant unending bank errors. Credit card not accepted anywhere, despite being paid off on time. They thought every charge was fraudulent, even if I went to the trouble of getting it pre-approved. Constant mistakes in all accounts. Employees feckless, rude, and could care less, especially bank officers. Closed all accounts, so glad to be rid of them.

      Had 2 achs come through at 4am and my deposit at 8, got charged two nsf fees and was told they couldn't reverse them? Wow.. 60 bucks over 4 hours? Great service right there! I've been a member for OVER 20 YEARS and I'm not worth 60 dollars over 4 hours between deposit and charges? Guess I'll be looking for a new credit union.

      I wrote a whole thing here, but it's not worth it. I tried to move my accounts here as I needed a local "community" bank, but it turned out to be a nightmare trying to connect with this bank on the phone, and online. In person, the faces are friendly but untrained. You could not get a straight response from anyone in person, and the only person that could answer was not in the building at the times I was there. Got a complete run around as it took almost 2 weeks to open my accounts and fund them. I felt like I was treated like a criminal trying to open these accounts but when they were finally funded, the bank manager called me to say she was sorry. Hmmmmmmm.... Once open, when I tried using the accounts, I was limited to the amount of money I was able to send to myself. I was told this was their policy (although no one could tell me what the limit was). The other frustrating thing is that the online modules had no option to manually make entries into your online register (welcome to the 1990's). I tried to call in to talk to someone about these issues, but their lines were too busy, and I was on hold for too long, so I made an appointment to speak with someone here. I showed up 5 minutes late, so my appointment was cxl'd. I was hoping to talk to someone about my experience, but since I was 5 minutes late, my appointment was given away. So I had the reception person close my accounts and withdraw my money. I did keep an account open here for savings purposes, but this bank is not a bank for every day banking or financial planning. Based on my experience, I would not recommend opening an account here. It was a 2 week nightmare that was a waste of time. I will be back to close my joint accounts shortly....

      I've been banking with ECU for about 9 years. I've always received top notch customer service, and most recently bought a home through them. Laurie Mead is an excellent loan officer and made the whole process smooth and accessible. If you are considering a new bank and or home loan situation, I strongly recommend them!

      Very annoying company. They send out junk mail that makes it seem like something urgent but they are just trying to sell you some stupid insurance.

      My autopay for my mobile phone had been set up successfully for several years, all of the time I've been with ECU. Last weekend my auto payment was declined, apparently because you were updating the system.I lost my phone service and was charged a $3 by the provider to reinstate. Now i have to wonder what other auto charges were declined? Not the first issue I've had with ECU.

      I am treated like a human being when I walk into this bank! Throughout the Covid-19 shut-downs, they have maintained reasonable precautions without alienating their customers. A professional, friendly, helpful attitude characterizes their staff and the way they conduct their business. I am so thankful for Elevations — I was finding myself either angry or depressed when I did business in other banks in town. It is hard for me to fight inertia, but I need to move all my local banking to this institution.
