      Impeccable service! The entire staff their including Erika the Manager and Lorena one of the specialists that helped me into a very smooth process for my auto loan went above and beyond. I can't thank those 2 enough! I'm in the service industry and they made a life long customer out of me. I would not listen to the negative reviews on here besides what I have to say about this branch and their people. AMAZING!

      Bellco did my auto loan in July, 2021 and they are still trying to get the paperwork straightened out 11 months later. I've been in 3 separate times to sign the same documents I signed at closing, sat at the dmv for over an hour, and they're still missing forms - all the while trying to charge me the default interest rate- for their mistakes! No matter how good the rate is - trust me, it's not worth it. I had to explain to the Banker what the Security Agreement form was for (No, it's not an errors and omissions agreement, lady). There is little to no training here, complete incompetence. Stay far, far away!

      By far the WORST banking experience I've ever had, it's near impossible to talk to a representative, when I FINALLY spoke to a rep, I was more, or less told that they "umpteen million members, and that I would Not get personalized service" straight out a the reps mouth ! And they will NOT refinance my loan after paying perfect on it for nearly 3 years !

      I've Literally never have had a good experience here. Went in to meet with someone about a business account on or about 12/29 -12/30. I was told to Send over all of my business information which i did, I was also told that they would have it put together and all I'd have to do is come in and sign, and fund the account. Never heard back from them? They're always super judgmental and put off by helping someone who doesn't have a million in the bank. Longmont branch is the worst!

      Most unhelpful and horrific credit union to deal with. If they are ever suggested for you to use, use anyone else. Got a letter in the mail that I was going to start getting charged a 5 dollar inactive fee unless I called to either close the account or deposit money. Long story short they "couldn't verify" over the phone after I gave them my name and social and last 4 of the account number! So here I go, taking time out of my freaking day because they're worthless when it comes to customer service.

      I don’t know why people rated this place so poorly. I’ve had a perfectly fine experience and I’ve been in 4-5 times. I reserve 5 stars for exceptional experiences, but they did a fine job with what I needed.

      Had a car loan with them n when I paid it off I close my savings account because I did not use it! Later I found out I had a gap refund that was due to me that was back in November! I’m still struggling to get that gap check!! It’s so frustrating that one person say “yes we can do that let me put you to someone who can do that for you”, the next person say “I’m so sorry we are unable to do that”!! I’ve been on the phone all morning (going into the afternoon now) and it’s still not resolved!😤😤 never again will I do business with Bellco!

      This place has the most pathetic customer service I’ve ever been a part of. I came in to discuss frustrations around my auto loan as their “customer service line” had me on hold for 2+ hours. No one knew how to help besides the branch manager who seemed irritated she had to come out of her office… the manager essentially started arguing with me about my confusion around my auto loan. Just like I told her, I was way happier paying a higher interest rate elsewhere and will definitely be taking my business to another financial institution. This place is an absolute joke

      I've never experienced such incompetence. Memberships account are all over the place, seems they hardly understand their own software interface. Incorrectly named personal accounts mixed with business. Three in person visits later, I've since closed my business accounts and moved on.

      I have been leaving requests for 5 days now in their phone queue for a call back and nothing. It has been over two months waiting for my title to be sent to my new credit union so I can register my vehicle. It is absolutely ridiculous having to wait this long fir a title to be released. This isn’t the first time I have had these issues with bellco, that’s why I’m leaving them. If your considering this CU please don’t they have the absolute worst customer service if your ever able to get through to them.
