  As a first time home buyer I was very nervous about making such a large purchase. As soon as I meet with Kevin Teel I was at ease. I was instantly comfortable and I completely trusted him with my financial and personal documents.   This was my second experience working with Kevin - he is the only mortgage broker I will ever use! He is a pleasure to work with and I consider him a friend. I feel secure in knowing that we got a great rate and he managed to keep us exactly within our monthly budget. He navigated us through some significant challenges and always kept us confident. He even helped add a few points to my fiance's credit score in the process (I'm still over 730 thanks to his help).   I can’t thank Kevin enough for his work refinancing our house. Extremely helpful through the entire process. He was able to explain and answer any question I had along the way. He was able to provide a number of options for me to review and decide what was best for me and my family. I felt no pressure or rush from start to finish. Kevin handled EVERYTHING! He made it very clear as to what I needed to do and kept me informed every step of the way. My only regret is that I didn’t reach out to Kevin when I purchased my house the first time!!   Kevin is simply the best! This was the 4th home I have purchased over the years and it is the first time I have met anyone as knowledgeable about mortgages as Kevin. In addition, he is just a great individual I am proud to know. While my wife and I have found our dream home and may not move again, if we do, we are calling Kevin. He is a must if you are buying a new home!!

  I worked with Kevin on refinancing two rental properties that were not necessarily easy. Kevin was fantastic with his industry knowledge, availability, and his imagination on how best to get the loans done. He gave me numerous options for both my properties and always did a great job with walking me through the pros and cons of each. I learned first hand that lending standards have gotten much more strict and difficult in recent years and having someone like Kevin working on your behalf is a great resource.   A few days before I was suppose to close, Kevin noticed I should be getting a better deal on the mortgage because of a raise I would receive before the closing. The mortgage company would not acknowledge my raise so they would not give me a better deal. Kevin suggested we switch companies. This meant I had to wait another 30 days to close but I had to do no extra work. On the other hand Kevin had to do a lot of work by switching companies. In short, he could have had me close on the first loan, got his money and moved on. However, he doubled his work, received no extra money for it and I got the better deal. This man works for his clients not himself!

  Kevin did a great job of helping us get a mortgage that worked for us. He helped simplify the process and took the time to break down all of the numbers, which can occasionally be confusing, so that they were easily understood.
