  Pouya and his team provided fantastic service for my mortgage. As a first-time homebuyer, the process was completely opaque to me but he was very patient helping me understand the various steps of the process and, most importantly, explaining why things happened the way they did. He was always very responsive, getting back to me in a timely fashion and letting me know ahead of time when his responses might be delayed. He worked very well with my agent and even my agent was impressed by how smoothly things went as well. I highly recommend Pouya for your home lending needs. I know I will be back for my next refinance!

  I bought my first home recently and used Pouya Alavi as my loan officer. I was referred to him through my realtor and I'm so glad that she did! Not only did Pouya answer all my questions so thoroughly, but he was also very quick to respond and was always available even on weekends. The loan process was super easy and effortless while hearing that all my other friends had nightmare stories with their loan officer. Definitely will be using Pouya and Matador Lending on my next purchase!

  Would recommend Pouya 1000%!!!!! The level of service I received from Pouya and his team can't be matched. The fact that we we're all dealing with the pandemic during this time, you would expect service to be different, not this team. Pouya went above and beyond to answer all my questions and used his expertise to point me in the right direction during unexpected circumstances. He explained all my options and answered all the questions I had. His knowledge, patience, and commitment made the overall process clear and seamless. I can't begin to express how thankful I am but, I do know that I will only use and recommend him to anyone who wants to purchase a home.
