  My experience with Shawn’s Motor Credit was exceptional. I originally reached out to José not knowing exactly what I wanted, but he was very helpful and reassuring. He even stayed after hours so I could come and test drive a car. Two days later I drove away in that same car! Be sure you ask for José!

  Place is legit. Great selection of cars and the staff is very friendly and not pushy when it comes to making a sale. Ask for Jason, I highly recommend this place if in the market for a new car. Love my GTI.

  i bought a vehicle in January 2019, came with it;s defects (That i am still trying to fix) But the real issue is that they did not tell me the vehicle had been in several accident and one of those accidents included structural damage. i found out when I purchased the carfax recently. all the paperwork I signed covers them by saying the car is sold as is and that if anything is wrong is unknown to them. however the last accident this car suffered showed on the car fax on April 2018. They sold me the car on January 2019. the car would've been worth at least 3k less with that information, which they decided to omit. lying by omission is still lying.

  Bought a vehicle from them a little over a year ago. Overall buying experience was okay. What put me off was the fact that they were not very transparent about the underlying issues the car had when I bought it. I should have been more persistent when I brought the car back not even 2 days later because the check engine light came on. Car ended up needing a complete engine and cooling system overhaul due to having been overheated in the past. Moral of the story: Have a pre-purchase inspection done on any used vehicle you are thinking about purchasing. It will save you a ton of money, and headaches in the end.

  Terance, we're sorry that you weren't 100% satisfied with your 2002 BMW 530. We appreciate all feedback--even when it's negative--so thank you for providing this information. We will use this as a learning experience to be more vigilant with our vehicle inspections and prevent this from occurring in the future. That being said, this is still a used car lot, and as much as we try to catch and repair potential vehicular problems, sometimes things don't present themselves until the car is out of our hands. If we sell a car that doesn't show any sort of mechanical problems until a year after leaving our lot, then that doesn't mean we sold a "bad car." We set very high standards of quality for the cars that we sell, and each of our vehicles must pass our own rigorous inspection process before we decide that they are in good enough condition for our customers.

  They were incredibly friendly and took care of us. My wife loves her Expedition and appreciate the guys taking care of the car even after the purchase was done! Recommend giving them a shot to earn your business.

  Make sure you do a car fax report on these guys. They sold me a odometer rolled over corvette that said 75k miles when truly it had 160k miles for $18,000. Traded in a 2010 camaro SS that had no problems, and got a paper weight that I now have to fork so much money into when my car isn't worth $7,000 due to rollover. Very disappointed.

  Worst establishment known In Houston. I contacted the dealer and asked for pricing, Jason is the gentlemen who answered and said to come in so we can work out prices. I test drive the car, take it to my mechanic and get a diagnostic on it. The car had problems of course and I also informed Jason when I got back to the dealership. My goal was to only knock off ONLY 200 off the initial price and mainly because of the issues with it and him telling me we’ll be able to work out the price was also why I came in the first place. After informing him about the issues he actually tells me that he can not lower the price because his manager did not allow him to. He tells me that he is going to try and “sweet talk” his manager to lower the price and calls me an hour later to tell me that he can not lower anything. Me not worrying about the price tell him I will get the car anyway and then he says I can’t because he already sells it to another customer. Within 1 hour of me looking at it. I would’ve had the car if he didn’t act so sketchy and just told me that was the price from the start. If he didn’t tell me to go home and he’ll call me I wouldNT HAVR given Anyone a chance to buy the car.

We price our vehicles below the market value for our area in an effort to give our customers the best deal possible; and we are usually able to be more flexible in our price negotiations, but unfortunately discounts aren't always possible. Also, when it comes to "holding" a vehicle for someone, we simply cannot do that if no deposit has been made on the vehicle. It wouldn't be fair for the other customers.

  Very great place to buy from. I have bad credit and Jason still got me approved for a $18,000 loan. Nice people and good cars. Definitely recommend.
