  In mid-2020, I started a refinance with a company for my property in Houston. They were extremely disorganized and when the loan hadn't gotten anywhere near closing by December, I found Blink Lending, and contacted them. Gabe was my loan officer. From the very first contact, I was so impressed with his (and his company's) organization, customer service and compassion for me and the fact that mid-loan with the other company, my husband had passed away. Gabe got right on the loan and was advancing it very fast. Had even found a better rate than the other company. I did pull out prior to closing upon the realization that the best thing for me would be to sell the property. Still, Gabe was gracious and offered any assistance he could provide, should I need it. I highly recommend Blink Lending, and Gabe Lukish to anyone looking for a company that is professional, efficient and service-oriented.

  I have worked with Blink lending several times as a private lender and they have been super easy to work with, Paul and team are very responsive, great at doing due diligence and I feel like investing alongside them gives me that additional safety. If any questions arise all it takes is 1 email or text. I have been a private lender on other deals, nothing beats the ease of working with Blink lending.

  I have nothing but good things to say about Blink Lending. Working with Gabe and Paul has been a real pleasure. We refinanced our home, which was incredibly easy and also quick. I expected it to take 3-4 weeks, but was turned around in 8 days. They also provided a purchase and rehab loan for a fix and flip property that my company purchased at about the same time. Not only did they make the lending process easy, but they also provided valuable guidance on prepping our rehab draws. They truly provide the personal touch for both homeowners and investors. I highly recommend them.

  Paul and the team at Blink are great! Been investing with them since March 2020 and have always had my checks on time. Very honestly company. No hidden fees (admin etc) what you see is what you get. A great return on a 1st position lean and they only deal with residential real estate and they are experts on that! Cannot recommend them enough

  I just purchased a home through Blink Lending. This was my 4th time through the closing process, having previously used big banks and small lenders. Blink has by far been my best experience. The interest rate was the lowest I received from several lenders. Ravi and Vanessa constantly communicated the progress of the application, what needed to be done, and any risks to closing. Thanks to them, we easily hit our deadlines. It was as stress free as home buying can be.

  Blink has an awesome team to work with.   I had already heard a lot of great things about Blink Lending, specifically Mr. Ravi Kaku, from various friends and business partners of mine. There was still a hesitation on my side especially when we're up against the clock and dealing with sensitive financial information.
