  This has got to be the most unprofessional people i have ever dealt with! They waited until a few days before closing to reveal a bad title on the home I was purchasing! A bunch if crooks! Would take days to respond to high important emails and somehow 'misplaced' my good faith deposit! STAY AWAY1

  Filled out an application, was dealing with the company for 2 weeks in search of an apartment. I started a month ago, and all of sudden the apartment is off the market. No call, no text, not even an email on the approval or anything. Pretty sad. I'm not happy. I will not be interested in the assistance of this company. Just a BIG waste of TIME on my end.

Steven Melo was amazing to work with very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Ponte and Associates to family and friends.
