  They are always the most pleasant, patient and kind with me and the disabled people i work with. Always go to this one❤️ Also the security guard is so sweet and helpful on Sundays.

  Repeated to the lady more than three times at the window what I needed to be done she still didn’t do it correctly and they always have an attitude and are always in a rush ! I understand that it’s busy but a smile goes along way

  The only reason I give it a four and not a five-star rating is the drive-through is ridiculous and I'm not saying it's the bank Representatives fault. It's just poorly designed, no one gets in the spots they're supposed to be in they don't go in the correct line they just take up one spot and try to cut everyone it's just a disaster at the drive-thru constantly.

  I’m actually writing this review while waiting in line on Friday, June 29th to cash my paycheck. I’ve been waiting 40 minutes and there is only one person running the drive through and only one person working the counter inside. IT IS PAY DAY FOR MOST AMERICANS. Wake up management! Schedule more people on Fridays! I want to spend my Friday afternoon after work relaxing! NOT waiting in line at the bank for what will probably be AN HOUR!! I have a similar experiences most Fridays at this particular branch. So unfortunately, I will be rating this bank with 1 star. Hopefully, this review will catch the right person’s eye and maybe it will lead to better scheduling on Fridays.

  Open on Sundays, which is great! More banks need to have at least partially open on Sunday. Their online banking is a little outdated though....

  Aug 16 at the express office. Extremely rude bad attitude from who I think is the branch manager..didnt answer my question..also was lied to by previous people in person and over the phone

  The tellers at this location are always nice and efficient. The manager Kyle is great and professional. I like going to this branch because the employees, even though the area it’s in can be rough sometimes

  I use three banks, but this bank is my favorite and this particular location is my favorite of my favorite. These guys are fast, smart, and attentive. Three thumbs up!
