  Can't say enough about David and his staff. Being older and buying a house was so stressful. They were there every step of the way and being not so computer savvy they would always talk me thru until the finish line. Everytime I called Dave he would always answer my calls.   I had a great experience refinancing my home through Troy City Mortgage. Dave Pereira and his team are very professional and responsive to get the loan closed in about 4 weeks! I felt the process went smoothly and was very organized. In addition, I was able to obtain a better refinance offer and interest rate in comparison with another lender I conducted business with prior.

  Troy City Mortgage is “THE BEST” mortgage broker of all times. I started out with Dave and with him Ryan and the rest of his team they made my family and I’s dream come true. When I thought it was impossible for me to refinance with my past history Dave said don’t worry. And low and behold I am closing this afternoon on my dream cabin in Maine. Thank you Troy City for believing in me and didn’t just hang up the phone on me when I called and say it’s impossible.   I had everything ready to close in a house with rocket Mortgage when I met David from Troycity Mortgage and he was able to save me almost 7k on Closing costs and give me a lower interest rate. David and his team are professional they got me approved for a loan in a couple days with no issues.
