  This is by far the best bank ive ever had in the city and im glad i switched from bank5 to them. Paypal got hacked and account was in negative and rockland trust took care of it immediately even when paypal didnt. When i got hit with overdraft fee they reversed it (rarely happens but people make mistakes). Checking and savings account are 100% free and never got hit with any hidden fees or monthly fees. Everytime i go to my bank or call customer service they are always so polite and professional.

  The blonde older lady was extremely rude. Took everything in me not to cuss her out. There’s a certain way you treat people and the way this lady did wasn’t that way.

  This is my favorite bank in Fall River. The location is convenient to the highway, across the street from Walmart, and just down the street from the cheapest gas station in town. Great place if you need to run errands on your lunch break, as I do. They also have safe deposit boxes at this site. The thing I like the best about this branch are the tellers. I had no intention of getting friendly with anyone...it just happened! They remember their customers by name. If I'm the only one in the bank, every single teller will greet me and ask how I'm doing. I just love these girls!

  Worse bank in the city, if I could give it no stars I would! 9 out of 10 times the ATM doesnt work and some of the employees are horrible! I get better service from my dogs groomer than at this bank.

  That entrance off Stevens Street is dangerous. Your customers don't use their signals to go in and it's too close to a major intersection.

  Worst bank ever the people have no clue how to bank ....somone needs to put them in their place(management) with the way they speak to people horrible !!!!!! One of the older tellers just had no manners as well good example.

  There ATM never works! And when I called the customer service the other day it was like they didn't believe me... I was put on hold while they called the branch .... Customer service said to someone using it right now.....yeah you idiot....it was me....
